These people call me once or twice a month.  They call a "Hector Feliziani".  I don't even know who that is.  I have told them many times that they have the wrong #.  Its so funny because the ding-dongs half the time don't even validate who they are talking to but are supposedly serving legal documents.  What a joke!  The last time some dumb girl called about serving papers, I asked her how she liked wasting her time...  She got pissed and said "I'm not wasting my time, I am here until 6pm everyday".  All I can say is "What goes around comes around".  If you make a living off of taking from others, you'll get yours eventually.  Bottom Feeders is the best I can come up with for these people.

So, when you tell this scam debt collector that the person they are trying to contact is not at your number, and they ask if you have the person's phone number, give them one of the Caribbean scammer numbers.  Here are two of them.

If you want to get them to stop calling tell you a police officer that has ended those kind of call for me this 720 number calls hangs up and I call back and phone just keeps ringing!

720-549-6415   this scam company keeps calling saying i have a civil suit and they'll be at my door with papers they use a name i don't use and wont tell me the name of the company just that its a civil suit place..they call on different #'s and are rude and have used several different scams..like my bank has issues and my credit is being ruined ....

This is a reaal bill collector.  Ever since Equifax hybridized by wife's and this other person's credit reports, we get all sorts of these calls, since that other person has the worst credit report in history.  Snd try getting Equifax to fix things and they accuse you of living a double life.

They have called three times but not answered my pay as you go phone that I've had for 2 months. I've only just come to USA therefore have zero credit rating and no debt. Be interesting to know how I could have a debt.

Thes people have been calling me daily... it's quite annoying but, I have put them on my blocked list on my cell so the phone doesn't ring anymore.  ok things to know 1.this is a scam 2. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!! 3. There is no one going to show up at your home or work with a summons or warrant for your arrest.  4.  Don't give them any information.  What I have done and suggest you all do is contact your attorney generals office infom them of the number and what is happening.  I also contacted my credit reports all 3 they will put a free 90 fraud alert on your report.. if anyone attempts to pull it you will know about it.  Lastly I contacted my local FBI office.  I informed them of the situation so, they can try and shut these people down. sadly there are losers out there that don't want to get real jobs so they scam innocent people.  Best thing you can do is educate yourself about these calls plus, now I have fun with these people.  I play along pretend I am all scared and hit them at the end with you know what come on over to my house and bring the paperwork.  They get so mad... it's hysterical.. I received a call about trying to deliver or service some paperwork in the Colo area.  I don't even reside in that state.

We just moved to TX and got a new phone #, these people are calling wanting to "serve legal documents tomorrow"
(but they don't even verify that the nmber they're calling belongs to the person they're looking for !!).
Told them to remove this number, how are they going to deliver documents when they don't know
WHO OR WHERE THEY'RE CALLING ???
I tried to ask questions, they hang up, tried to call back, it just continually rings, no one answers  
Have no idea WHO THIS COMPANY IS, maybe I should allow them to deliver papers, so I can get some factual data
on these IDIOTS !!!  I'm really annoyed because they call almost every day even though they've been asked to
remove my phone # from their data base.

I received a call just a few minutes ago from (720) 549-6415 (CO, USA). The caller said they are going to deliver papers tomorrow and asked me to call the lawyer at G&S at (855) 633-3606. I called and spoke with a lady who asked for the last 4 of my social then transferred me to a Robert Johnson stating that i took out a payday loan with Chase bank and wanting to know why i did not pay it back. THIS IS A SCAM!!! REPORT IT TO YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL. THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED WITH ANYTHING.
