i have this number on my phone so many times and i want it to stop calling my phone please...

I answered them and had to go through this whole process and talk to a repetitive and they are still calling me why?! im not going to talk to them again because the process took way too long.

They call me at least twice every hour for the past two weeks. I literally JUST changed my cell phone number. how did they get it?!

This number has called me 54 times in the last 4 days!!! I put it on my reject calls list, next time they call theyre going to get an earfull! If someone is interested they'll call them back... it's ridiculous and irritating!

24 calls in three days. Little wonder I usually don't put my real number on sites. Though I'm legitimately considering online schools, this is ludicrous   Like blood in the water. They can't really think  this is effective marketing- hounding the people who are already interested until they no longer are?!?!

Usually when numbers call that I don't recognize I will not answer my phone, if it is that important they will leave a voice mail. However, this phone number calls me 2-3 times daily. I don't know why they are calling or what they are calling for, but the next time they call I will ask them to stop calling me. It shows up on my iPhone as a Colorado number and I do not know anyone from there. I am not sure what they want but it does get really annoying and frustrating when someone keeps calling repetitive and doesn't even bother to leave a message! I've seen previous posts on here saying it is a college? Well if you want someone to go to your college then at least leave a message and be respectful. If I'm interested I will call back! If not, then take a hint! Seriously!

FYI I looked up these reports earlier this afternoon after getting another phone call from them.  I decided to take this advice and called them to tell them to take me off their call list because I'm not interested.  This resulted in even more frequent calls -- from maybe twice a day to every 30 minutes.  Bad advice (and my number is on the "Do Not Call" registry)!  There has to be a way to stop them because I don't have the call block feature on my phone and need it for other calls.  My guess is they aren't a legitimate university.

If you are looking at job sites, a lot of schools are calling and saying that I requested them to call.  They will take you off the list if you tell them.  They do have a toll free no.

I received calls from Everest College every hour for several days. When I did pick up, the representative said that they needed my address to send me more information, and then attempted to patch me over to a registrar. I ended the call, but they kept calling back, every hour. Best recourse: answer their call and ask to be taken off of their list immediately. I did, and they have not called back.

If this helps anyone, persistent calls from Everest College might be related to getting a new internet-based phone number.  Also, if your new number is set to forward to another phone, then you'll have twice as many (unwanted) calls.

I opened a Google Voice in October and shortly afterward, the college started to call frequently.  Someone at the college helped to discern the root of the problem: my new number had been previously used by someone connected to Everest College.

The college took the issue very seriously, and just know they don't want you to be receiving unwanted calls any more than you do?

So if you think the calls you're receiving from Everest might be related to an internet-based phone service such as Google Voice, etc, simply go into your preferences and block the number.

who eve is calling me keeps calling me and hangs up when i pick up after 2 sec. and i dont no who it is and i thanks its some collage calling me.

It is a college. I also requested info and theyve been calling me three to five times an hour every hour for the last three days!!!!!

I just called them back from gmail chat phone number and said stop calling me they asked for the number and i was removed from the list. the girl was really polite about it. try and use an online phone so they don't charge you for the call!

I want to stop getting calls practically every hour from these people. I am NOT interested in what they are selling.

Sounds like you must have lucked out and gotten to speak to "lazybum" who defends them and starts sentences with "um"! Truly helpful representation of this establishment!! haha Sorry about your experience with this place.

um. "Lazybum" how long have you been working for them? Clearly you're not a college grad or maybe even high school or you would probably know you don't start a sentence with "um"!! Why would you defend them, nice name by the way you sound like a typically job hopper who doesn't last anywhere too long and would end up with a completely unethical and unprofessional career like making spam phone calls!! Also great to refer to potential students as "too lazy" to call back. You're a keeper you are probably actually quite successful in this business! J@ckA$$

I wish mine did probably does but haven't found it yet. The point is we shouldn't need to block this phone spam. I am blown away by the "anti-professionallism" of this so called educational organization! I wonder if they teach business ethics!!!!

I fthis is the college I was looking into please stop calling I did not fill in the rest of the questionaire because I did not want you morons to call me.  Must be one dumb college not to realize what not to call means.  Would not go there if last college on Earth.  they dont teach you to read there.

They called from this number first and I didn't answer.  Then they called from 480-598-6900 next and i answered.  Had my address and email address. Not impressed with their business tactics.  they must be desperate for naive pupils.
Also, looking back in my caller id history, they called from 201-257-4210 and 800-259-1649 too!  This is ridiculous!

Received a call from 720-684-4079.  Tried to locate number through reverse directory, unable to do so.  We didn't answer as we didn't know who it was, however, we are registered under the DNC directory.  We should NOT be receiving solicitation calls.

they call me eight to ten times a day! i wouldnt answer the phone at first because i diddnt know the number. so i answered and every time i answer when they call, there is no answer from the other end. it is extremely annoying! why would you call me, and not answer me?!
