This number is affiliated with 303 650-2665 goodneighborhomeservices.org and .com which sells scammy furnace inspections and pretends they give the money to the Salvation Army. They do this so they can use the telemarketing Do Not Call List as their own personal Okay To Call And Bug People List.

This number is definitely one used to SCAM. If they call you and you're on the Do Not Call List, report their violation to the Colorado Attorney general, the FTC, and the FCC. You can also file a Small Claims Action against them for every violation, and they have to pay you $500 or more for every violation.
I was really tempted to set up audio and video recording equipment and let them come and inspect my roof and my furnace. The roof is like two years old, and the furnace is less than a year old. Then, send the videos to 9News and watch the fun start. :-)
