If you've filled out an on-line information request for a college or technical institute then that's where these numbers derive from.  I'm yet to answer any of the calls due to my cell phone plan, but I noticed that as soon as I submitted the request for information my cell phone started ringing off the $#@%ing hook.  I wish there was a way to inform honest applicants about the repercussions of filling out the on-line form.

I've registered a complaint with the Canada "do not call registry" as my business mobile is being called a minimum of 10x's per day for the last week.  Only dead air when you answer so I'm now ignoring them.

Im in Ontario and this number keeps calling, i refuse to answer as its my cell phone and i wont pay long distance charges.
