So I got this guy to identify himself as "Chris" - he had a very clear Indian accent. When I asked why he kept calling me he hung up.

calls multiple times a day, does not say anything just stays on the phone for a minute and then hangs up and I can't call it back to tell them to stop calling my number!

My understanding is that this area code is in St. Martin. I finally got them to say something and they asked for a person who I know to be the person who last had my cell phone number. When they found out that I wasn't him, they hung up on me. My advice is to block them on your cell plan and add your number to the national do not call list. Warning - don't give ANY info about yourself to these scammers. It's amazing what they can find out with a small bit of seemingly benign info to go on.

This number keeps calling my business phone and has interrupted very important calls. As 721 is not a valid area code I can't call it back to ask it to stop. Please make it stop.
