This might be an interpretation of what the keypresses really do (grin):
Press 1 to add your number to our Do Not Call list (which is really our Call Again Soon list)
Press 2 to yell at somebody who may not understand you.
Press 3 to verify a human answered your phone.
Press 4 if you enjoy getting unwanted phone calls. We aim to please.
Press 5 if you have a dial-type phone instead of a pushbutton phone.
Press 6 if you have that many fingers on one hand.
Press 7 if you want us to call you at 7 ... or, some other, inconvenient time.
Press 8 if you like the sound of that tone
Press 9 if you are still on the line.
Press 0 to hear this message again

Also got two calls from 724-201-2875 on March 24, 2014. When I called back a pre-recorded message indicated it was an offer for a "rewards card." Pressing 1 allowed you to speak with someone. Pressing 2 allowed you to put your name on their do-not-call list. When I chose 2 however, it said "thank you" and hung up. Sounds like another scam to me.
