They r nt scammers but they help us a lot

calls business repeated looking for someone, says that person is a criminal. Caller said his name was Eric Jones and claims to work for the Internet Crime Investigations. Also used the name of the United Paralegal Department, Nancy Brown. Continually calls and will not stop.

I have gotten these same phone calls and I feel harrassed. But I feel better now that I know that I'm not the only one and that has received them. It scared me a little at first.

These people have been calling my mother who is a senior citizen and calling her "Kim".  They've called her house 30 times and then left numerous messages even though she is obviously not the person they are looking for.  I called this morning and talked to Mr.  Smith (in the background I heard numerous "Smiths" with accents) and he told me to shut my mouth and come see him and he would shut me up.  Ridiculous!

I TO TALKED TO THESE PEOPLE I TRED TO BE NICE AND ASKED IF THEY COULD PLEASE STOP CALLINE ME THE INDIAN PERSON THAN STATED IF I PAY 100$ VIA WESTERN UNION

They have been calling me for 3 weeks now. We changed our numbers and he has started calling work.  The interesting thing is that it is the same voice, same number, ut he has given a different name 6 times.

Adam Smith won't stop calling me.  He has even started calling my work number.  He won't stop.  How do I get this to stop?

I just received the same message and called them back and told them I was reporting them for a scam. This is the second time but with a different phone number. I went as far as calling the actual place they said I was being sued by and filed a complaint with them. I sometimes have a temper and the got the worst end of it that day. It only took them a month to try and call again.

Just got a message from this number, they told me to have my daughter call them right now, this very minute.  She was involved in a lawsuit and something about crime investigation to call Patrick Conners.
So glad I investigated him! Ha now I know how to handle it. Thanks to all for taking the time to inform everyone about this scam

Same crap and I am sure everyone of you that have put something on here is a completely frustrated and angry with the non-stop calls!!!!  They call me and my husbands cell phones.  In the past 3 days I have received over 30 calls.  I had enough so I went and changed my cell phone #.  I would like for these Indian guys to come to Texas and I will show them how we take care of crap like this in Texas!!!

I received the same type of calls, saying they deposited a payday loan into my account, which of course I never received. Sam Cruz was his name with the same Indian accent, I kept telling him I couldn't understand him and he got mad and starting yelling at me, saying did I want him to take me to court and I said yes and he replied that I would have to pay court fees of $8,300. I told him go ahead and take me to court and he hung up.  I then called him back several times, the phone would ring 8 times each and then the line would busy.  A few hours later I called again and I recieved a meesage that I dailed a wrong to get with an operator.  I haven't heard back from them since.

So these guys kept calling my phone, and I figure I'll try out a little experiment.

I started calling them repeatedly, like they've been doing to me. When they pick up the phone, I wouldn't say anything, just do stuff like press the numbers on my phone repeatedly, or blow into my phone or hold it up to something loud like my air conditioner or just let them talk until they hang up.

After calling them and doing this 15 times, I think they are starting to get annoyed with me. I call them now and I just get a busy signal.

Maybe they''ll get the hint now and stop calling me.

same here!! they call 10 times a day then they stop for a week or two, then they call from 91621 which isnt even a number!! how do you stop it?

I have gotten several,,I have placed them on my blocked calls list and hopefully that will end it.

I got the same message..they have called my cell, and my office...told me i didn't know who I was dealing with and they were going to make my life a living hell if i didn't settle with and pay them. He said he was an officer with the investigation depratment ( of what or where he didn't say ). I called the FTC and filed a complaint against this # and also another number that they called me from  724-245-5060... the FTC told me that this is in fact a scam. They are trying to use scare tactics by threatening to have people arrested or calling your job and having you fired, thinking that you will just pay them to make it stop..DON'T DO IT!! they will take you money and most likely NOT stop harrassing you. The person at the FTC said that if you ever got a payday loan in the past that company sold your information, that is how these scammers get ahold of you and never stop bothering you. If there is in fact a lawsuit filed against your name and SS# then you will be served papers.... these guys are liars and scammers.. BEWARE...
The last call I got was Friday and I told they guy that I'm sure his mother was very proud of the son she raised, scamming people and lying.. he got upset, said to not ever mention his mother again and he hung up on me!

This guy "Kevin Morris" called my house phone and cellphone non stop today. Left a message saying to call them back right away because someone has filed a complaint against my name and SSN and I was being sued. He said to call him back because it was time sensitive. I knew it was a scam. He didn't even say what company he was from. What is scary is that he had the last 4 digits of my social. I'm so sick of these callers harrassing me.

I keep getting these calls saying I owe on a loan that I never had.  How can we stop these stupid people.  The have american names but speak broken english like they are from India.  I want this to stop.

they call my cell sometimes 3-5 times a day, sometimes they dont leave any messages, but when they do, they say:
"the very second you recieve this, call me back. there is a complaint under your name and all of your personal info." and to contact them before they will have to procede with my case file in the court

SO annoying...I have paid off any debts I have, and I know you get letters in the MAIL if you owe something. this is a scam, plain and simple-but how to STOP IT?
I have been getting harrassing calls from many different numbers for about 2 years now. sometimes I go a week or 2 without a call, but other days they might call 2-10 times!

The caller threatened me and my wife claiming she defaulted on a payday loan which she never received.  They are calling from out of the country speaking broken english.  They are using local phone numbers to trick you into answering your phone.  THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!
