Keep getting calls from Denovus Corporation but do not leave messages. Today I answered but I didn't talk to them. My number is on a Do-not-call-list but I get so many calls! I may have to change my number.
Who are these people? What do they want?

Answered the call to see who was calling, but they just hung up. Guess they weren't expecting someone to answer. Previously when they called, I let it go to VM but they didn't leave any message.  Now that I know it's a debt collection company, I'll just ignore them (or block the number) and they can waste their time as they see fit.

7242509457 keeps calling my phone around the exact same time everyother day, but never leaves a message.....

When business gets bad all these marginal collection companies try to collect on dead accounts.  I call them scavengers.

Caller ID reported that I got a call from 724-250-9457 on 9/29/2010 at 2:31PM CDT on my Fax modem line.  Looked up number; belongs to Denovus Corporation, a debt collection agency in Washington, PA  Their address is listed as:

Not my debt, not my problem. A long series of debt collection calls on this number for nearly two years.

Got a call from these people today asking for me by my maiden name (I've been married 5 years)!  I just said "she's not here" and took a message.  Claims to be Denovus Corporation and calling about an important business matter.  BBB shows an A+ rating for this company name but I'm not biting!  Assuming they're some kind of debt collector but I haven't had debt in years.  Likely a scam!  Next time they call they'll get a few words...

They seem to be calling on behalf of APPLIED CREDIT... they have an address for me that is more than five years old, and when they try to get updated information from me I tell the caller to do some work and earn her commission. She is not amused. Pity!

This number calls cell phone I answer no one there - reported as harrassing call

Receiving calls on my cell phone daily - 2 -3 times per day - No answer and can't call back.
Do not even know who it is to tell them they have the wrong number !

Always answer these types of calls - they have to pay for completed call.  Keep them talking as long as possible with fake info so they have to pay more.

Denovus Corporation out of Washington, PA is a collection agency.  Ed Torchia is the President.  Has several 724-250-#'s.  Tries to verify personal info. without saying what they are calling for first. Calls several times a day.

On do not call list - do not know this person "Torchia E." at this number.
If it continues will report them to "Do not call" list.
