calls a few times and do not know who this is or for who they are calling

I found out it is Global Crossing Local Servcies, Inc another site says it is PACOP which is donations for PA Police association.........

keep getting the same calls over and over and no message

these people call at all hours of the day and nite.

 I sent them a check 2 years ago.

 found out the police get 15 percent and they get the rest

for collecting.

 I quit answering as they threaten you if you do not

send money.

   They will get no more from me.

 I send my donation to the local police.

Wants $$$$ donation for PA State Police

Left no message. Caller ID says PACOP with a phone number of 724-728-1560.

the number is for the police chief fund drive since I got sick of the calls and answered the phone so if you don't want to donate just let it ring because They got me to donate 12.00 and the funny thing is I promised them that last year and didn't send a check because then they harrass you to see that it was sent so you can't win.

You don't necessarily have to have given the PA BPO any money.  They buy the "fish list" from lots of other telemarketing firms.  A "Fish" is anyone who has ever pledged money over the phone and then followed through with a check.  These telemarketers are like pirhannas.  Once one sees a drop of blood, they'll all descend on you.

Calls constantly, around the same time too.

I think it is PA Chief of police.  They call all the time trying to get you to donate.  I donated 1 time, many years ago and now they will never leave me alone.  They will not let you get off of the phone and try to make you feel really bad if you do not donate.  When you tell them you can't, they keep taking the dollar amount down until you say yes.  I stopped taking their calls.  They also say they are not included on the do not call list and they are allowed to call you.

5:11 today...Caller ID says PACOP...left no voicemail
