This is my first call from them and I had Verizon block the number.  They will block five numbers at one time.  This is my second one for just this week

This time it was a middle-eastern sounding guy named "john" - keeps telling me he is from e-bay and and I am always quick to tell him that EBAY doesn't even have this number and that they never call - only e-mail me in my EBAY account - as this "john" has someone accessed my hotmail address and sends fake messages to it as well. Someone needs to find this guy and arrest him - he's super fake!!!

Please stop calling. You are annoying.

Do not know this number although I did a survey on facebook to win a free NFL jersey.  I answered no to all the questions about credit, finances, grants and going back to school.  I realized about 1/3 of the way in to the survey that I probably should not have started the survey.  If there is any way to stop these calls, please let me know.  Thanks

I get calls from them all the time.You would think after not answering or sending them straight to voicemail they'ld get a clue.

I just got the same call. It was a female Indian lady with a strong accent. Then she put an Indian man on the phone who was the "manager". I asked where the where calling from they said Salt Lake City UT. The number they called from was 724-352-0103. They told me I was already approved for a grant and all I needed was to pay 1.87 to get my password to go on the website and claim it. I asked him if he worked for the Gov. and at 1st he said no.  I told him the government doesnt hire telemarketers to tell people, they send out award letters for grants, then he told me he did work for the government and kept trying to get my credit card number. I told him I looked him up on the computer and everyone is posting complaints that they are a scam and he hung up. Watch out for these people!!!!!!! He said he was from Grant Funding Source

hi somebody call this number to my cell phone and asking for josh so i do not know who was he and he hang up so i need to know why did he called and how did he get my number i need answer please and thnak yu if it harassment i need to report please

Who is this number and how did they get my home phone number when I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST?  When I hit redial on my phone the call went to local 911 service in my area and caused a not needed visit from local sheriff department

This same # just called and hung up twice, comes up as Cabot, PA.  Tried to dial back, "out of order or disconnected"

this number keeps calling me as well and will not let me know their name yet they want all my information I just hang up on them but they are very persistant they keep calling me every couple hours.

These people call  me all the time with information about car insurance. I told them multiple times to take me off their call list. They say sorry to bother you and hang up. This is a scam cause then they started calling me from a different number from Michigan about the same stuff.

I ve got some calls from girl for 5times with unknown nuber and the lady asked me to
get me a online part time job. I couldnt rejecting at first time for some reasons..because i really needed a job and i hoped they were really not fraud.They asked me to pay for the register fee so they wanted my visa card number. Finally they call me today with this number and i rejected them.

I mean this is so rediculous. i know that there are about 5 company for real online part time job but
does it make sence that she was begging me to get a job? that's totally messed up.

I got a call from the same number you posted. I thought it was someone i knew who had changed there number. But now that you mention the grant thing. I got a call from a number before talking about the same thing, free grant money, why dont you take it, you signed up on the net for it. I hung up on them. Now I know who it is thanks to your post. :)

this number keeps calling me as well i wonder if theres anything other than reporting this to the police what im wondering if i can make a law suit against this number for harassing me so much.

I also keep getting these call.....how do you stop the calls? When I answer there is no response. The call eventually hang up without saying a word.

I started receiving a call from this number yesterday. Today they have called me a total of 12 times.  I answered the phone three times and told them to stop calling. They did not get the point. But, its suspicious because they started calling me from a 646 number and when i told the person to stop calling that's when they called me from the 724 number. I think its a fraud. I never signed up to receive any free grants and they claim to work for the federal government which I definitely don't believe.

I just received one from a guy named Andrew Williams (Middle Eastern Accent).  same MO - grants.

I received a call from this # and caller id showed up as Lucas Edward.  I answered and it was a middle eastern man trying to sell me electronic cigarettes.  They LIED over and over again b/c I researched the product on the internet and they essentially are a pushers of whatever product you may have signed up for on the internet.  Do not believe their FUTURE offers...the actual company does not have the special offers.

I just received a call from this number apperently I had signed up for a grant and that they were calling me about that. It was a middle eastern man. I had never signed for that.
