This company has been calling my cell often! I have told them they have the wrong number. The out-bound calls are anoying. However when you call them back to let them know they have reached the wrong number then they are not able to understand English! I have now had to go on the www. World Wide Web( some forget what WWW. stands for :-0) and let people know that whatever this "company" stands for, is not, comprehending!!! to boot, they use different numbers once you speak with them. What do they not get about"You have the wrong number?" Ok my punct, ect might be off I worked all day double shift. God bless you all. Remember lol Obamacare or you will be fined!!!hugs

went to answer it but nobody was there, they only let it ring once or twice and hang up, very annoying, I put them on my donot answer list

It is a collection agency, perhaps citifinacial debt.
