This is related to website pop-ups titled "Search for Degrees".  They asked questions like "Are you looking to further your education?", "Do you need financial assistance for education?", etc...
It's not affiliated with any schools and not affiliated with any lending companies. But they are annoying and call multiple times a day until you answer them.

Answered a call from this number but no one was on the other line. It was completely silent.

I get the same call everyday at least twice. I called it back and it says "Search for Degrees" ??? Whatever that is.

Somebody keeps calling my cell phone from this number and hanging up.
