I received the call at my desk at work. :/ When I pressed one I spoke with a young man that couldn't put me on the Do Not Call list after I told him he reached a major corporation.

Was a sales call -- When you call them back it was a recorded message from Mary who wanted you to know about lower car insurance rates. When you press 1 for more information you are forwarded to a boiler room where a cheerful person will gladly assist you in all areas except in removing you from their list. When you ask to be removed you are rudely disconnected. Whoops!!
