They called me too. Foreign people, dont speak English well, but claim there has been a file claimed against my social security number and they want me to pay them money or i'll get arrested. so i said come arrest me. now its a non working number.
its a scam..unfortunately, we put our info out there over the wire and scam artists like them, take advantage. if you get more calls from strange numbers, talk to them, see what they want, then call the local police and report it to your bank. good luck.

I am getting calls from the same numbers you have listed as well. Constantly 824-725-5624 426-239-2332 523-926-3937 820-654-8921 and on and on. All with crazy area codes. I have received one message from one, but it was to get a loan or some business scam thing. ALL DAY YESTERDAY getting calls one after another.
Don't know why, I haven't put my number in anywhere recently for anything.

These people...they don't give up, constantly calling my cell phone and how/don't know retrieved my working number. So irritating!

Scam...payday loan. I been having all these stupid calls, for reason ? never did make or apply for any of the loans. There trying to scam you and other.

Guarantee that if you say "Oh Great! I was approved!" They say, "just give me your account number and we can direct deposit it for your convenience!" How nice of them :-/

CALLED TAMPA FL AREA - everyone put where you are at? Maybe there's a sequence?
Received call from 426-239-2332 and now 725-823-2829 -
It's a scam! Answer and there is a delay. Say Hello a few times and eventually they will come on the line. OBVIOUSLY offshore. Static and distant call and caller has Indian accent. Says they have an application that I applied for online and I have been approved. Said, I didn't apply for anything. Said well, you have been approved for $1500. I said (again), I didn't apply for anything online. They hung up.
Called Sheriff's office and they said they can't do anything since a crime hasn't been committed. Nice, so the elderly have no protection until they are taken? Lovely...

Received a call from this number several hours after I received others from #820-654-8921 and #421-781-8274. I have not answered any of the calls because I don't know any one in those area codes. Does anyone have an idea to get rid of these calls?
