In my email site got a email from these people of Civil Investigations Unit- and said i owed so much from some payday loans which i never took these out that they stated. I might have one now i am trying to pay off which is just about paid off.. But the ones they stated -i did not make and had my ss# on the email its just like they figured it out from the last 4 digits .. It seems like its a fraud-or scam happening to me. If this is an investigation unit then why are they after me for some thing i did not do.This is so wrong,who does such bad things. Thanks for listening.

I AM RECEIVING THIS CALL THAT THERE IS A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME BUT WHEN I RETURNED THE CALL AND USED ALL OPTIONS THERE IS NO ONE. THIS HARASSMENT NEED TO STOP.

Rcvd the same scary msg. on Monday, thank goodness I looked up this # to discover what's really going on.
I've informed  the info to local police.

Rcvd same scary msg. on Wednesday from a different #908-315-5061 which came across my caller ID as "Private caller".

I actually tried to call back & kept getting machine that said party was busy & to leave a msg.

I have been getting the same calls...Only now they are using a different number which is 727-481-2913.  They will use a number until they realize that it is showing up on internet searches as a scam.  Then they just change to a new number.  FYI

Same as above I reached a woman who would not give me any information about the "claim" unless i commited to paying it! I persisted, told her I was an attorney, got put through to "Mr. Walker" in the litigation dept, who said he'd get me the info to determine whether this was valid.  I called him again today and was told I'd receive info in 5-7 days.  This is highly suspicious and I will file with the FCC

I keep getting a call from this number and had the same problem as everybody else. I wish I knew how to stop these calls because they keep waking my wife up who works third shift.

Got the same call from these people.  Called me like three days in a row, left the same message about being sued, and a restraining order.  I knew that was not true because I work in the legal field and you must serve someone personally legal documents.  I'm not sure who this company is, but I am looking into it.  I'm sure it;s just another type of scam to try to get personal information. I am going to research this further and take this as far as I can go with it.

I have also been receiving disturbing calls from this number.  The content is the same as what others are reporting.  They are "investigating" me in regards to a restraining order against me.

Rec'd my second call today from this number.  First time they called, the call back number was a Clearwater, Florida number9727-202-1062).  This time call back number was to Plainfield, New Jersey (908-315-5061.  I have filed a police report with my local police department (and SURPRISE! there was no warrant out there for me!) and I also contacted the Clearwater FL authorities, but without physical address, there was nothing they could do.  I then filed a complaint with the FTC>  Hope they catch the rat bas*ards!

I JUST RECEIVED Call from capital docket and leans-  Says that its the Civil Inv Unit and that there is a Complaint Aginst You and the docket is gasm-3166  and to call 727-202-1062 within 24/48 hours to oppose and to notify my Attourney about this Restraining order.

I have received a call from Capitol Documents and Liens informing me of a restraining order and lawsuit against me.  

DO NOT RETURN THEIR CALL AS THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.  I also have found they have no BBB rating etc.

They said same thing left me 2 voice mails left claim number and phone number said i had a restraining order contact my lawye. I called back got recording pressed 2 said mailbox is full

Wow,  glad I found this!  The scary part,  they have the last 4 of my social!  They claimed I had  TD Credit Card! When I asked for everything in writing they said it was too late and I'd be served at my home & place of business & that the call recording would be used in the court proceedings...

  I received a call from 727-202-1062 about my son and a court case. We tried to call that number and could not get anyone. Than number does not come up on any internet search. These people need to be stoped from calling.

They called me m told me that of I did 't pay money by tonight they would through me n jail.  I got the same rue teen though it was a restraining order. When I called back the message was full

Voice mails from Florida and New Jersey on my mom's land line, for me.  Said restraining order against me and I had to go to New Jersey to appear in court or go to jail!!!

I just received a message saying a civil action has been filed against me. They rattled off a case #.  I was unable to write it down.  Called # on caller ID.  Was asked to appear in court and speak with my attorney.  It also indicated I may have a restraining order against me.  I am pretty fragile right now.  I have had a major operation with other complications.  My nerves are not to good.  I know that I am a good person, do not owe money and have hurt no one.  Thought maybe it might have been a neighbor that I have asked to keep music down.  This is not good and something needs to be done!

I just received a call from the same number, they called my cell phone and then called my work phone...not happy, I will be reporting them as well.

They are FRAUDS!!! Not a legitimate debt collection agency. There end game is to find people who are gullible enough to pay whatever bill they made up for you ( they gather your info via internet), Believe it or not, the scare tactics they use i.e. restraining orders, scare people enough that they will be willing to pay these felonious debts over the phone. Once they have your money there is no way to recoup it. Report them to the FCC or your state attorney generals office. It's sad how many seniors are affected by this scam.

First I called talked to a lady she would not even talk to me then hung up.
Well I called back got a man and he was pretending to talk to a lawyer office that was right down the hall.
Well I ask for a copy to be sent to my address which was not the correct one anyway
