It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Sounded like an East Indian caller stating that I had prequalified for a $1,500 loan and I only had to complete an application. After I declined and stated that their call was unsolicited, I threatened to report them to the FCC, they terminated the call.

This phone number 727-213-1230 has called here several times.  This tdime the person is trying to get me onto my computer to access something, saying he works for Microsoft and that he is going to help me get rid of a virus.  I'm also on the do not call list, but obviously, these people are not touched by the threat of being fined. People like these are the only "viruses" that seem to be a threat these days.

Received a message asking to speak to me......not responded to.  I do not know anyone in this area and I am on the Do Not Call List.

this person sounds like an indian  he or she tryes to act like they work for a law firm & and tells people that they are going to be arrested and go to jailon n.fs. funds and tax frud.

i also got a call from this number and its a Indian guys saying he works for a law firm and i  am getting sewed out of California and when i asked how and what for he wanted my ss number and when i said no he told me i was going to jail on the following Monday. i said whatever and contacted to local police. they explained it was a scam to get ss numbers.

I have received multiple calls about personal emergency alert systems. It's the same person - I recognize the voice - but the numbers change. Today the call came from 727-213-1230. The person is arrogant and pushy - insistent that they've never called before. I once again informed him/her (hard to decifer) to remove my number and not to call me anymore, that I'm on the do not call list, and that I've reported them, and then I hung up. This person continues talking even while I'm hanging up - very annoying.

Called our number and did not leave a message. I then blocked the number on my phone.

I received a call from this number where a man (with an accent) was obviously on his cell phone. He stated that he as from some place (I couldn't quite hear him over the background commotion - he was obviously not in an office or call center) and told me that they were receiving unwanted files from my computer. That they would help me. At that point the background noise was too much and I wasn't going to buy what he was selling so I told him goodbye and hung up.

I just received a call from 727-213-1230. It was a man with a strong accent who said he is from Microsoft Technical Support and that a virus has been detected on my computer. He said his name is Ken and his employee ID is MS-114. I said that I wasn't near my computer and he gave me an 800 number to call back tonight when I am.

I also received a call from this number. The caller also said he was from Microsoft and had important information about my computer. When he realized that I will not fall for his scam he ended the call.

This number called me also and an accented (Indian) guy gave me the line that Microsoft was receiving errors from my computer.  This scam was reported on television just last week.  I explained to him that he should probably be in jail right now and he decided to hang up.  I called the number back and, just as Thomas reported, they answered as some type of emergency medical association.  We need an online fraud reporting web site to document these contacts.

I just got a call from a person with an accent from the country of India telling me they were from Microsoft support and that I had a virus on my computer. This person instructed me to go to my computer and press the Microsoft flag button and the letter R. This brought up the box for running a program and he instructed me to type in eventvwr and hit return. I wrote all this down but did not do as he instructed. I told him I would go to my IS department at work and tell them and he said I should not do that. I was not born yesterday. Do not do anything some jerk calls you on the phone and askes you to do. That is why when he hung up I Googled his phone number and this is where it lead me.

I received a call on my cell phone from 1-727-213-1230. I heard alot of background voices and laughter, but the person hung up as soon as I said hello.

The caller spoke poor english, said they were from Microsoft Technical Support and were calling because their was a virus on my computer, they would help provide lifetime support.

I called them back.  They are selling "first alert" medical bracelets  "recommended by the heart an diabetes association".   They were  SURPRISED that  I didn't want one an would not tel me  their company's name!!!!  

When I asked Who ARE YOU,  would get the following reply - "you've been recommended by the heart an diabetes association to receive a First Alert Medical Bracelet"

Unwanted robo call.Can't make them stop

I received 2 calls this week and nobody was there.  So I am going to the Do Not Call website and reporting the number.  The ID V32909560800020 is strange.

I am on the do not call list they keep calling me

I'm on the Do Not Call list.  This number, obviously an automated call, continues to call me.  Their ID is V0322142537, then their number.  I answer, it's apparently dead, as the automation hasn't kicked in yet.
I'd love them to stop.

Something about receiving a free medical alert device.  I hung up on them.
