I saw this ph# on Caller ID. I didn't call back.

Hung up when I answered the phone...

For the last two or three weeks I have received two or three calls a day from "American Proper".  The times that I have answered there is usually an immediate hang up, or a mumble of some sort, then they hang up.   Once, I heard what sounded like an office full of people laughing and talking.  I have continually tried to answer this call just to tell them to quit calling me. I have no idea what they want.  It is extremely frustrating!

I answered, heard a voice in the background that said something like "wrong number", then a voice of whoever was at the phone saying "mmhmmm" then they hung up. They'll get an earful next time.

Woman by the name of Heather left a message and told me to call her at 888-398-6269 if I was interested in selling my property in Navajo County, AZ.  I did not call back.

Hung up when I answered.

They called but didn't leave a number.  We are also on the do not call list.  Doesn't seem to phase these people

Same thing here. They offered to buy a little piece of land we have in NM that is barely worth anything, but they'd 'give us a great price'.  Sure.

I had them call my house twice now asking if I wanted to sell property I own and that they would get me a good price.  The second time I said I told you once no and that I am on the do not call list and the guy was kind of snippy.

I received a call from this number also.   The caller said it had to do with a Sheriff's Sale of a small parcel of real estate in my name, in the   Commonwealth of PA.  I then hung up.

The "727" area code is in Florida, so I'm assuming it belongs to a Company that is constantly checking Sheriff's Sales (either tax sales or Foreclosure) around the Country, through a specialized computer database, and calling to try to get you involved in some scam regarding same.
