after speaking with this customer, its his wife account and hes mad we have to speak with her

I must also report that I am also a victim of this wide range scam all the way in Michigan. If anyone knows how I can find out how I can find just who is responsible, I would like to file a law sute, in fact everyone needs to come together and file a class action law suite for damages, because for one I know I was harmed by these crooks. I was promissed a unsecured credit card also and paid the 129.95. I would also like to know we may bring criminal charges against all that were/ are involved in this scam. After reading this site I immediately called my Chase Bank and told them how A.C.Solutions called told me I was approved for a $500 credit card and the 129.00 fee and never recivied my credit card I've called them all day for a men to pick up and tell me I have the wrong number .Chase listened to me explain how they scammed me and Chase got my money back and put it back into my account THANK YOU            JP.Morgan Chase Bank your the best.     And if you have this same scamme tell you bank you've beed fraud

all i can say e- mail the BBB i got taken to ,but i am not giving up we have to used the media,twitter facebook,my space,local t.v. trouble hot lines,attourney generaal in largo ,FL ther strenght in numbers let"s used the media,inside edition has a ripoff scam program ,if we come together.

i thought finaly, its time for me to focus on cleaning up my credit and use this service of a lie to rebuild my credit score so i could have access to the world of good credit again, however when he called i needed time to get the routing and account number, enough time to check their socalled web site, thank u for sharing this website

I have  just been ripped off by someone  who pretended to help me get a credit card for 129.95 knowing that i was never going to get the card . They people took the money from my bank and left me with a large over draft to take cake of by my self. I will be taking this action to my bank for action that I am asking for

I was victim of the scam as well. At first I was falling for it, but when I called and no answer just a recording I wanted out. I'm going to my bank and change my account numbers so I will not be apart of this scam. PLEASE BE AWARE!!

Just got off the phone with the processing dept. they answered and it is 5:25 pm, 727 216 6136. What im told is that they process the files and customer service sends them out. I think the 21 day wait period (TO SEND OUT A GENERIC MAILER) is to make sure that the customer didnt reverse the charge.

What is sent is a list of 8 banks that you can opt to apply for a CC with. (WHICH LOWERS YOUR CREDIT SCORE WORSE!!!) AS IF we couldnt apply ourselves w/o paying a 129.00 fee. He stated that the 129.00 is the fee that "we as consumers" are not aware of some programs that these banks have....UM for all of us low credit consumers we already know that BOA, WELLS FARGO, CHASE and so on are NOT going to extend us credit.

TOTAL SCAM, but the guy in processing did stay on the line with me for all my bitching and tried like hell to convince me it is legit. EVERYONE CALL 727 216 6136 and bother the hell out of LAMAR!!!

just let your bank know it was fraud and they will get ur money back it happened to me and thats what i did

I was a victim too and now the line is disconnected. I am very upset, but i guess that tells me, I need to keep my credit in good shape. They got me as well.

these people need to be arrested,forced to give every one they scammed then prosecuted to fullest extinct of the and the some.from the way it sounds there is a lot of people that was scammed like i was,i will be glad to do my part to help catch and stop them from taking advantage of people in these times when it is hard to provide for our famlies as it is,we do not deserve to be taken advantage of.
