its not a scam its a real vacation which is close to free as we could get it if you would have won  a vacation on the price is right you think you would have to pay anything ever ? you're talking to someone who won 25 thousand dollars on the price is right and I had to pay $7000 dollars in taxes so don't tell me if you win something it's free because it's never free.

His guy, Brian Egan, is a scammer. I filled out an entry form at a wine festival. I can't believe he is even allowed to set up a tent at this festival. As soon as I aid I didn't want to pay luxury tax, he hung up. Don't believe him!

Same thing happened with my boyfriend and I. After not being able to pay $398 yesterday, they transferred the call and the guy offered it to us for $298. After saying I couldn't pay the full amount they offered us a payment option. Paid $149 yesterday and will pay $149 in mid June. The guy said the only other fees we should have to pay is a fee from the hotel. He said it would be between $4-$7 a day per couple and that was all. I'm also skeptical and had a bad gut feeling after hanging up, but I also have an awesome bank that I know will do me right if this is a scam. I'm also interested in hearing from people who have actually gone in the vacation. I can handle the 90 min presentation, I just want to know how your accommodations were and were there any other hidden fees?!?!

Got a call from "Brian Egan" in Florida. We won the Orlando Vacation! Woo hoo! We submitted a card at our local towns home show. Went through the 7 day, 6 night spiel. Then it was 4 days 3 nights in Orlando and 4 days 3 nights. Had 18 months to use it and it was a trip for 4. Then I had to pay $398. As soon as I hesitated he started to get pushy. When I said unfortunately we just don't have the funds he abruptly hung up.

He was good - very good. I was skeptical. Called from a puppies r us phone number in Florida (727)-807-7062. Had to make a decision right then and there. That was the red flag... Be careful... I so wanted to believe!!!

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  And rude to boot!  Do NOT give them you credit card info.  This so-called free vacation you've had the misfurtune to win will cost you BIG time.  They say it's their 10th anniversary promotion but they have only been in business for 8 years (under this incarnation).  Do the research.  This company is so disreputable they have to change their name every few years to escape customer complaints and their well-earned bad reputation.  Anyone who works for this company should be utterly ashamed of themselves!

Ii want you all to relise not 1 of these people mentioned that they asked to be called, by filling out the entry form, and if you win a car or the lottery or a vacation, you would have to pay a gift tax, the small promo fee gets us around that read comments from people who actually paid the small fee, they know its not aa scam. I  wish these sceptics would  stop filling out the entry forms

Yup filled out a sweepstakes for a $500 gift card to Home Depot at an airshow in Portsmouth, NH fully expecting to get some phone calls.  Only two different calls in three days I haven't answered yet.  No voicemails were left so until that happens I will ignore.

Same thing as everyone else.  Entered a $500 Lowes gift card drawing at a local event.  Now the guy calls and says I've won a free Disney vacation.  I knew it wasn't for real and I don't even usually sign up for these things and not sure why I did this time. DUMB!  Anyways, the guy was SO RUDE!  Told me to hang up on him because he can tell I'm not someone he wants to talk to and he's not allowed to hang up on me.  So I said Okay and hung up on him.  Then I promptly blocked his number on my phone (love that my phone has this feature).  Live & learn...I won't fall for it again.

I really wanted to believe.  I am very cautious and skeptical but "Brian Egan" was good.  I signed up for a sweepstakes during a Beer Festival.  I had the guy on the phone for well over half an hour, even on a 3 way call with my BF.  It was a 7day 6night trip to Disney/Daytona although when broken down I was told 4day3night in Disney and 4day3night Daytona Beach.  That's when I was getting suspicious.  I was also to receive 2 extra vacations I was should put on craigslist to cover the cost of my travel.  When it came time to get out the card for luxury tax I informed him I certainly did not have $498 in the bank.  He took off $100 because I worked in the hotel industry.  He then promised to take another $100 off if I promised to take a total of 30 pics and put them on FB.  I was also supposed to provide a testimony along with a 90 minute tour.  Which later became 60 minutes and then just a 15 minute video.  I kept dropping call and he would call back over and over.  When I was telling him no the call dropped again.  Have not heard from since.

Hi, it is nice to see that someone actually attended one of these events. I saw a lot of posts about the phone calls, and finally found someone who actually went. Were the other expenses you had to pay costly? How was the trip?

I got a call today from a Bill Harris that I won a trip to Orlando & Daytona, FL trip with $200 Disney passes from a Home Depot raffle at a craft show. All I have to do is pay for the taxes. I wanted to talk to my fiancee first. I was apprehensive. He told me that he will call me back in five minutes. I never got a call back. I realized it was scam, when I saw this. Thank you all for the heads up.

I entered in a drawing in an Deer Hunting Expo to win a Nascar trip weekend for my boyfriend's uncle because he is really sick and it loves Nascar.

I received a call 2 weeks later from the number and the lady told me, "you are harder to get a hold of than my husband's girlfriend". That was a very odd statement. Then she began telling me my information I filled out. I checked random boxes on how much money I make and what credit cards I had on the sign up sheet at the expo.  Realizing this was a scam, I told her none of the information she had on me was true (which it wasn't. I was in a rush and didn't fill it out properly....thank god).

She continued to be very angry with me and yelled at me, "this is fraud what you did!!  You have committed fraud on a federal document!!!!!" I said, "oh well.... Goodbye".

What the hell was that.... A federal document. These people are jokes.

I hope no one else falls for this crap.

Keeps calling, threatened me said that he was going to put my name and number on all the call lists that he could.  He called 3x and harassed me by yelling at me.  Said I should not have given out my number if I didn't want him to call.  I told him I thought he was scamming me and that what I signed up for was only for that day and not to have any further.  I do not want any of his services.  He was rude and mean.  I told him to take my number off his list.

Its amazing how people slander a company that promotes vacations at such a discounted rate. You cant even go on a camping trip for 498 let alone stay at the hilton on four different destinations. Not to mention that each vacation accomadates up to 4 people.  Hello ??  If you dont want a vacation to florida then dont sign up for one asking to be called and if you do get a call then expect to pay with a credit card like any other hotel car rental agency or pizza place in america!!  Thats why the numbers are on the card, to buy s*** over the phone or online...

Thats the dumbest s*** i have ever heard in my life!   What kind of p**sy goes online and complains with false statements like Pay 498 for a FREE vacation?  Are you illiterate or just dumb as a box of rocks?  You signed up for a discounted vacation to come preview a timeshare. What an idiot.  Maybe you should read the regulations and reasoning before you put your name phone number etc on a form to be contacted.  And a creditcard guarentees anything you buy with it.My 12 yr old knows that!!

This seems like a total scam. Same stuff happened to us. Filled out a form at a Guitar Show got a phone call. 40 minutes of wasted time, and the guy got seriously rude when we didn't want to give out our credit card information without ANY name of a company, written information on the "free" trip, etc. Even if you get something for free, he said you have to pay him these "taxes", pay for your flights, your meals, your kids and who knows what else...hmmm that does not sound free. When I said to him that if we really WON something he could send us the info. he yelled at me and said "when did I say you won something?!"
