calls at least 3-5 times a day.
Dee 2013-06-18 14:32:55 Unknown
They call daily. No message. I called back and someone picked up immediately and asked for someone that wasn't me. I asked who they were and they told me I called them. I told them I'm on the DNC list and not to call me again. Not 1 minute later, they called back. They refuse to give me company name and information.

Got a call from these twits. Supposedly, I contacted them about going to college. I'm 50 years old and have a masters degree. I am not planning on returning to college and if I did, it would be to some fly by night scam college in a state 900 miles away.
They have been told not to call me again. If they do, I'll report them to the FTC.

Says they are Ads Up or something when you call. Add them to your phone book, the assign them a silent ring tone.

I don't believe these real companies are related to the Phone calls.
the Phone calls are from "boiler rooms".
I have and would encourage all of you to
1. Call these companies and tell them about this scam
2. Call your states Attorney General
Attorney Generals LOVE to shut this stuff Down.
Next notice that 99% of these (Scam) companies have phone numbers Related to Florida.
THIS DOESN'T Mean they are in Florida!
They could be calling From Central America, South America, or even Russia.
Just so you know.

Very annoying--calling a few times a day-no one speaks.
jerry 2011-08-08 18:51:31 Unknown
i have my number on the do not calll list. so certain type numbers are still aloud to call, so one number gets no response, they use another and another. then give your number to a scam that is still able to call your number they call for ever until they give up and they pass your number on. never ends, really should be a law against them repeat calling at different hours all day ans passing your number along.
I also wrote to my government rep, they did do something ,but it started all over again in about 2 weeks.

They have called my home for a few days straight from the 727 number and the call coming in even appeared as out of area! So when I finally decided to entertain the phone call it was a man wanting to discuss my credit card----no you don't! Please take our number off your list immediately was my request and the man became very rude stating the only way our number would be taken off if i was not so rude --are you kidding me? I informed him I would be making a report against the company!
Lee 2011-08-03 14:46:52 Unknown
It rings. I answer so I can tell them not to call again. Dead air on the other end. Over and over and over.
Jerks.

remove from call list
CHarlene - Minneapolis, Mn 2011-07-29 20:09:44 Unknown
I just called this number at 3:05 pm, CST, and the recording did NOT Identify a company or person name, but said, "Please stay on the line to speak to a person"., I waited and then said, "Our office is currently closed, please call again". Again, this proves, it is not ligit. They give you the option to be removed from their call list by oressing 1...I did it and then a long pause & then some long number...that did not make any sense...so I just hung up, still not knowing WHO this is....

I keep getting called by this number, and it's so annoying. They call my cell phone, and it is registered on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I wish I could block that number from callng.
John 2011-07-29 13:45:45 Unknown
Get yourself a lawyer and sue. There are laws these companies have to abide by.

ame as everyone here. Two calls today one around 10am another about 2:30 pm.
Saved the number with a big DONOTANSWER (as I do with all annoying calls like this) so I know to ignore it.
DNC lists are only as good as those who submit to them. I have no idea how anyone got my number as I have none of the things happening this scammers activity seems to target going on. I apply for NOTHING I fill out NOTHING. Annoying.
FWT 2011-07-25 20:41:49 Unknown
You are correct.
Cinzia 2011-07-24 03:49:14 Unknown
Got a call from this number today at 9:26 a.m. I didn't answer because the caller ID said "Unknown". No message was left.

We've had three calls from this outfit, only the first time was there a live person on the line. We're on the Do Not Call Registry, so I just told him "oh go away..." and filled out a report on the DNC Registry website. The company name is coming up "Knowledge Financial" and I can find nothing at all with this name on the Internet. If they aren't on the 'net at all, how can they be legitimate?
lbm 2011-07-20 17:44:34 Unknown
I am debt free - no reason for anyone to be calling me - this is nothing but harrassment of the worst kind. I am readly to get a pre paid cell phone and chuck this annoying land land in the trash. do these scammers really think people are going to talk to them.

called at the crack of dawn this morning and now during dinner time...
caller ID says "financial know"
no thank you
we do NOT answer the phone ever unless we know the person
and even then, sometimes not
we don't even have the answering machine on
when we wish to talk with someone, we'll let them know
in the meantime, respect privacy is our motto
don't even think about talking to us without an invite
(one of the main reasons we live in the wilderness)
Grumpyoleman 2011-07-14 16:21:15 Unknown
If may do you some good to yell at them but it is not going to get rid of them. Get caller id. Ignore the call. If no one responds and they cease making money they will ALL go away.
Grumpyoleman 2011-07-14 16:16:16 Telemarketer
Someone may have already posted this reply, but here goes anyway. Computers do the dialing from lists that are bought, stolen or just made up. A room full of people are working at electronic switchboards. If the call is answered, the computer switches the call to the switchboard and if a representative is available he/she takes the call and tries to sell something or intimidate you into giving up your credit card number. If a rep is not available after 20-seconds the computer hangs up. This is why there is often no answer at the other end. It may be that the computer can also sense an answering machine and hang up. I've noticed a lot of that lately.
Get caller id and don't answer the phone. You will never get rid of these characters. Never respond to their pitch. That is why they exist. Some morons must be giving up credit card numbers or buying junk for this to persist.
