We're a business as well, and just got a no answer/hang up call from this number. The difference is that we forward our land line to VOIP (an older, more features/no ads version of Skype) so not only do we have a log of all incoming calls, but unlimited number blocking capability. These asshats and the others like them aren't ever be able to bother me from the same number twice. Not only that, but from now on they get a busy signal whenever they call, which makes them waste their time by keep calling back to get through when it's not busy. #winning

Good job, these A**holes did the same to my cellphone, but I dont have the time to do what you do.

10. Phone Toner Scam: The scam artist poses as a warehouse representative or vendor and makes contact with a targeted company. He will say "This is (first name), I need the model number off your copier". If the person who answers gives this info, the scammers will try to set up a shipment of toner. Of course, the deal is so good that the offer is based on a limited supply or limited time, pressuring the employee to act fast and get their money's worth. Upon delivery, both the employee and the company are usually in for a big surprise. The price of the invoiced toner is 2-3 times higher than expected, and the scam artist threatens with legal fines if the company fails to pay.

say has wrong number

Very annoying. Calls the business line several times today, twice today in the past 2 hours. Calls and hangs up. Guess I'll just stop answering when I see the number. Being a business I hate not answering calls, someone may need a service call. Comes up on caller ID as wireless caller. Please stop calling...

Calls & hangs up, when you call back it says "This is the Accurate predictive dialer calling please wait for the next available call." and then hangs up again.

They called. I said hello. They hung up. Same thing, daily.

Today was different. I called back. I got a bogus "dial your extension" option over and over. Well, by hitting 0 about thirty times, I got through to Jeff at Taylor Made Business Solutions. He said hello, I paused, then I hung up.

Then I repeated the process about seven times like a brat. But I couldn't help it. I might do it a few more times before the day is over.

I love it! I jack with them, too.

We just got a call from this number, too. It took a looong time for him to come on the line, and then he just cleared his throat and said "Sorry. I have the wrong number."

I think there are people who call numbers on lists just to see if the number is a current, active business.

Company calls often.  This time when I called them back someone actually answered.  I started crying and saying how upset I was that they hung up on me the previous call.  After about 3 minutes of the guy tring to make me feel better, he asked what he could do.  I stopped faking and told him to take me off his call list.  I am actually begininng to look forward to telemarketers.  I have found some creative ways to bug the heck out of them.  It does get hard to silence my laughter though.

Same as all of the above, I answer our business line with the company name, asking how we can help them, I repeat it  and am just about to hang up when the caller finally responds with "sorry wrong number". What is the purpose of this call? Are they trying to tie up our line? Because it so weird to get calls like this we have started to hit our code to cancel call forwarding... JIC their definition of taylor made solutions is to steal someone else's  calls.

I have been getting a call from number for months on end. When I answer, no one speaks, then I hear a hang-up. More than annoying!! This is a business and it is driving me nuts. The only way is for us to pay a fee to block the number. Wish we had caller ID then I just wouldn't answer!

This company calls a business 4 times a day and hangs up we dont have a way to call back! When we call the number we get a recording that says the number is disconnected! Come on phone company disconnect the harassing numbers PLEASE!

Rec'd call from this number, on answer, I  return the call and get music. Very annoying.

Received a call from this number (undoubtedly more than once because now I have caller ID). It was just a hang-up. Tried returning the call and received some nice continuous soft music. But I would certainly appreciate getting off this character's list permanently.

T least 5 times a week we  get a call from this number at my business. They just stay silent and eventually hang up. Truly annoying.

I received a call from this number and unlike the others, no voice just a hang-up.  I called back and it goes straight to music.

They call our business and wait for us to say our hellos, stay silent and then hang up.  Sometimes they call multiple times a day- they need to stop!

Caller I.D. only states is a wireless number. They call, wait until the call goes into voicemail, then they keep silent and then hang up.

Person called wanting to know modle # of my xerox copier. When i questioned who this was, they hung up...
