Yep, it must be AAA -  I just changed my renters insurance address with them and got a missed call.

I also got acall from this # . I researched and it is a company that conducts surveys for AAA motor club

I keep receiving unwanted telephone calls from 727 329-1165 saying they will keep calling me about a member questionnaire.  They do not identify themselves.  I want this to stop.

I am a member of AAA  ... love the service they provide.  Last week I called AAA  to ask a question, customer service thanked me for my 22 years of service and promptly answered my question.  I then went into AAA to register my vehicle. I LOVE the DMV services offered by AAA and that I no longer have to wait hours @ DMV for simple things like registration and/or a temp handicap placard for my post surgery.  I was more than happy to take the call from Sterling Research and tell them how happy I am with AAA services!
If you're happy with a company, take the call and let them know.  If you're unhappy with a company, even more reasons to take the call and let them know.

Received several calls from this number and didn't answer it due to no Identifying name. Etther this is a scam or it coulld be just another attempt to gather your information. Beware.

It's Sterling Research Group.  I've been getting daily calls from this number.  Unfortunately the National Do Not Call List doesn't apply to surveys.

Being blitzed again by this number...no message left, so I didn't answer...and so it goes

They called to do a study on Automobile Club (AAA).  I was in a car accident recently and they wanted to know about the service I received, etc.

Didn't pick up and got a voice message asking me to take their "member satisfaction survey". Could be anything, but probably some scam... In my experience, legit callers always leave a meaningful message.

I got a call today and my caller id says Sterling Research. I tried to google them. Nothing much came up.

Received multiple calls, no voice mail, no answer.
