I've had several calls from this number over the past few days, but when I answer there's never anyone there. We did recently have to use AAA to tow our truck so based on what Jackie said I wonder if they're trying to call and survey our satisfaction.

We didn't answer, but all recent calls with similar caller ID's (just a city) have been political. So I strongly suspect this was a political call.
