they  call  all times of the day and are totally rude.. so sick of these  calls they do need to be stopped

Got a call from 727-446-0018. I looked the number up. Never heard of st Anthony's hospital.  I am on the national do not call list.   Makes one want to take phones out of their home.   If they need me they can send snail mail so I can take it to my attorney.  Hope you catch these guys who have too much time on their hands.

I am not sure who is going to fall for your SCAM, if you have so much why don't you have a .com email instead of a free Hotmail. Go find a real JOB.

They just called me during my class, which thank god I had my phone on silent. And the funny thing is they left me a voicemail and they said somebody's name I have never even heard of.

If you have a cell phone - there is an app out there that will BLOCK the phone number. I just did.

These people called my husband's work cell phone and ask for me. Thinking it was something important regarding me he asked who they were and what was this about, they were rude and nasty telling him to tell me to call them. First I have no clue what this is about and I will not contact someone who talks to people like they are a POS.

This is a legitimate debt collection agency. They have to tell you who the debt is from and how much. Don't avoid them, pay your debts. If you determine you don't owe this debt, straighten it out. They HAVE to tell you the details.
I am dealing with them currently (oops). They WILL try to bully you over the phone and make you mad. Stay calm and persistent. Don't pay them the agreed settlement without getting it in writing.

This number has been calling me for months. Since it's not programmed in my cell, I let it go to my voicemail. It's always an automated message, asking for "India- something". They have the wrong person, yet I get the same call about once every 2 weeks. I finally answered today, telling them they have had the wrong # for MONTHS! The rude b**ch asked "why didn't you tell us we had the wrong number?" I told them that any idiot might have realized that after weeks and weeks and weeks of no response, and it's a man's voice on my outgoing message.

They are crazy people. Please stop them to harrass me!

AM MAKING AGREED PAYMENTS TO SUNSTAR.  HAVE MADE THE THREE PAYMENTS SO FAR EARLY.  NEXT ONE IS DUE  NOVEMBER.  GOT A "COLLECTION" LETTER TODAY (SATURDAY, AS USUAL WHEN OFFICES ARE CLOSED) FROM A COMPANY CALLED FCS.    WAS MY INTENTION TO FINALIZE THE PAYMENTS TO SUNSTAR BY SUBMITTING BALANCE IN FULL ON THE UPCOMING BALANCE.  i DON'T WANT THE B---S--- THAT COMES WITH THESE LETTERS AND POSSIBLE HARRASSING PHONE CALLS.  MY CREDIT IS FIRST CLASS, I M 73 YEARS OLD, AND DON'T WANTSOMETHING AS DUMB AS AN INCORRECT REPORT BEING PLACED AGAINST MY CREDIT, DUE TO SOME FEMALE CLERK NOT DOING HER JOB CORRECTLY.  hOW DO YOU SUGGEST i HANDLE THS?

I have belonged to a credit monitoring program for over 10 years.  Whenever someone attempts to access my credit or places any negative information, the program notifies me.  In 2005, I was a victim of ID theft and only found out via the monitoring program.  Now, 7 years later, the same monitoring program sent me a notice yesterday stating that this co. Financial Credit Service has placed negative info regarding an unpaid medical bill.  First, I've never dealt with this company, have no unpaid medical bills, and have never even received any information regarding same.  These folks are going to have to pay me the Federal (FTC/FDCPA) statutory $1,000 (fine for placing completely false and negligently erroneous information to the credit reporting agencies without verifying the debt is mine (it isn't) or by even doing initial due diligence in locating me (have lived in same home for last 7 years).  Might also add that I am a retired litigation paralegal quite familiar with lawsuits, research, etc.  These folks are toast as to my "alleged debt".  SOB's.  Damaging someone's stellar credit report is not to be taken lightly.

This is a collection agency that has no supporting docs to try to collect on...

Just got this number 4 months ago and I have no outstanding debt. These people keep calling asking for someone by a name that I do not recognize.
They call from the numbers (727) 446-0018 and (727) 449-0505.
I had a "friend" do an address search on this shady company and they are located on Bypass Dr in. Clearwater,Florida.

I am being hounded with this recorded message like 15 times a day.  I don't owe money to anyone.  Don't even have a car payment.  Make this stop!  This is ridiculous. My cell phone goes off with this number all hours of the day and night.  I think it sucks that you have to change your number to stop the harassment.  

If this is for a medical collection company - have they stopped to think that if the medical treatment didn't cost a fortune people might actually be ABLE to pay them?  (But that's an entirely different topic - I suppose).

This number keeps calling and leaving no message.  I just got my home telephone number 6 weeks ago when I moved from Time Warner to AT&T U Verse. I am not in arrears on any debts.  If they would leave a message I might call them back to get it all straightened out.  More power to them if they just want to keep calling and calling and calling and leaving no message.

clearly I don't owe anyone any bills, considering the fac that I'm underage. That and the fact that I never sign up for anything using my cellphone number, only my house number which is on a completely different plan from our cellphones.

Continue to call me and I will report you. I do not owe anything to anyone... These unwanted phone calls need to stop. Its clear the person you are looking for is not me, no message are ever left just continued missed calls.

Aetna has filed suit against and are cutting funding to the medical facilities that do not adhere to medical plans which they have agreed and using extortion rackets like this one to try and intimidate those not in the know to pay for medical services for which they cannot charge.  It is a means for medpeds to illegally get funds around HMO policy holders.  The medical facility and this low class bill collector is in violation of federal law and each mail or message received should go to (if insured by Aetna...directly to them) and if not, directly to the FTC.

I just recieved a call from this number at my work so I called it back to inform them that it is against the law to call my work.  Cassie was the bi*** who answered the phone and was probably the rudest person I have ever had to deal with.  She made a threats and told me that she will make sure it shows on my credit.  After I asked for the supervisor another extremely rude female got on the phone and insisted that it was not illeagle to call work numbers.  I told her that they would be hearing from my attorney and she apparently thought I was poor because she said she bets I don't have an attorney.

Numerious call from this number and when a message is left they dont say where they r calling from. This is a new cell phone number I just got so whomever they r calling for had this number before me. Stop calling! Royal pains in the a**!!!!

This company conducts business in direct violation of the collection laws.  They repeatedly phone me (in the same day).  Sometimes they leave a message, other times, not.

You are not required by law to deal with any debt collector! All you need to do is send them a certified letter telling them not to contact you again. If they do, you can sue them! The debtor, the person you actually owe money to is the ONLY LEGAL ENTITY you must deal with!!! If the debt collector is abussive or threatening in any manner, record the calls or ask your phone company to do so and again, sue them! Don't let debt collectors intimidate you!

They called my cell 3 times yesterday.  I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.  If indeed they are a collection agency, then either they called my number by mistake or it's a scam.

I receive calls regularly from this number.  If legit they should either be there when I answer or at least answer my call promptly when I call back (their recording gives a callback number).  They aren't there when I answer and if I get put on hold I wait apparently indefinitely.  I no longer answer their calls.

they keep calling and then when you do answer, it is a recording claiming you owe medical bills. foot doctor, never been to one???
