They called me yesterday! and today!!! they  have called no more than 25 times..it is annoying!! I couldn't even sleep what do they want from us????

I did the same thing...just *60  these people really ticked me off!  I have a newborn and the phone wakes her up...I can't unplug the phone in case my husband is calling.. JERKS

I fixed these idiots. I have comcast phone service, which gives you the capability of blocking phone numbers. Just pick up you phone, hit *60 and follow the instructions. These bozos were calling me two or three times a day. Haven't received a call since. Hope this helps some of you out.

This number has been calling me relentlessly.  I wish there was a way to bug them back so they could get a taste of their own medicine. Damn stupid scams.

It's fraud people. They lie claiming to be some financial company offering to lower your credit card interest rates but it's nonsense just to get your info. This scam is run by the same scumbags running that auto warranty scheme. Call your phone company and ask them to block international calls. Most of these call centers are outside the country which is why contacting the FTC does nothing. Block international calls and they can't reach you haha.

I get called 3-4 times a day during the workday (not evenings) and when I rush to answer my cell phone, the connection is terminated because my screen returns to the regular backdrop screen.  When I return their call, I get an automated message saying that my call will be answered in the number in which it was received.  Then when I get an (someone?) I get forwarded to a voicemail box which is already full.  I wish these people will quit calling already and quit wasting my time and everyone elses.

"Financial Services" is the name of the company which I'm given.

This number has been calling my cell phone for the past 4 days. They will not say a word and hang up. I have tried calling the number back, but it says there answering machine is full and can not receive any at that time. They have called at 6:00pm eastern time and when I call back it says they are closed for the day. How can someone call when they are soppose to be closed? Please if anyone knows any information on this number please let me know.

I have researched this company thx to the help here. I was able to reach an officer with FTC. He was very interested and is going to search google with this number. Lets say they better not screw up and not take his call. What seemed to get his interest was a full mail box when trying to reach the company.

Also i found out u can use call forwarding with the number. I said to the person if it be ok if I used his number to forward it too. He suggested i dont do that but chuckled at my idea. I am thinking of using my local police dept to have it sent to. He suggested that I get there permission to do that first.

5 times today! This is so annoying! When I do pick up there's noone there and it hangs up.

Where did you get this information? It looks good, but it looks like a copy of something posted by someone else. This is the kind of information we need, so we can file complaints and lawsuits. Information like this, if it's correct and accurate, and properly connected to the phone number, can be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to people using 800Notes.

Somewhere else in this thread, there's information about the company. Don't just call them. Read up on the law, and file suit. Collect money. Make them spend money on attorneys.

You can do it in small claims court, and it's pretty cheap and easy. You do need documentation of the calls (Pictures of Caller ID, recordings, etc.) and you do need to know exactly which law was violated in any given call.

If you only get $100 per call, ten calls add up to a grand. However, the law provides for a minimum of $500 per call, provides for it to be tripled, and under the right circumstances, you can collect several thousand dollars per call.

WE NEED MORE GOOD INFORMATION LIKE THIS, and more people filing lawsuits.

C'mon, Couggal. If you really know who they are, why don't you tell us, so we can take some effective action, in the form of many lawsuits? If everyone who comes here can provide useful information, and not merely whine about having been bothered, then we can do effective things like filing lawsuits. It's not easy to get useful information, or more people would be collecting thousands of dollars for illegal calls.
