My mother did too, with the same offer from Publisher's Clearing House....asked her to pay $395.00 for shipping and handling...to receive the money...claimed they are with Bank of America...then hung up on her when she complained about the money she was expected to pay...

I received a call from this number.  They left a message claiming to be from Publisher's Clearning House - letting me know I had won $950,000 and a new Mercedes Benz.  BUAHAHAHAHA!
