I had a call from this number as well, tried to call back and it is all static, and does not go through.
I like to think it is a call from my deceased husband in HEAVEN! :-)

I have had a couple of calls to my number from this one, but no message was ever left. I don't know who this is. I tried to call back, but got a not in service message. Very weird.

I got a call from this # (but did not answer) a few weeks ago. Thought it was a possibly a call from one of the political parties. I tried calling back and got a message that the # does not accept incoming calls. Excuse me? They can call me but I cant call them?

Same here....Caller ID shows as INTL GATEWAY....obviously routed through a proxy phone server. When calling the number back (using *67 of course) the number cannot be called back. Any number that is not able to be called back is dubious to start with. I am in the St., Petersburg area for reference (727 area code). Any reputable organization or business will call from a number that can be called back...if not BEWARE. For those wanting to defend bill collectors and creditors (of which I do not suffer wrath) same goes for them. Any company using proxy ID's and servers are not to be trusted. If you were a reputable bill collector or collecting on behalf of a company somebody was doing business with, you should display a phone number that can be called back. IF not, you are not worth my time.
