My father received a call from the same gentleman suggesting he could sell our timeshare in an auction.  I conducted an internet search, both with the company name and the phone number however, the search resulted in a company that does not deal in timeshares and a number that did not have an associated company.  I'm questioning the legitimacy of Andrew's offer.  I see that you posted back in April and was hoping that you could tell me if you learned of this offers legitimacy.

My father received a call from Andrew who stated that he could sell the family timeshare/ condominium by placing it in an auction.  He, of course, would require $2,000.  An internet search of his company, LMI Inc., resulted in Leadership Management Incorporated which deals nothing with the transference of Timeshares.  An internet search of his number did not yield any information regarding a legitimate agency.  If anyone has any further information, I would greatly appreciate a response indicating whether this is a legitimate offer.  I'm assuming that without any appropriate credentialing that this is a scam.

I want to know if this is a legitimate company trying to resolve Timeshare problems.
