Your company ripped me off for $499.00.  Do not deal with Preferred Properties they are scam artists.  They say you can get your money back from your credit card company, but that is a lie.  If the PPS says they are advertising your company then that is what your paying for.  I was told by Larry Walker that he had a buyer for me.  Another company scam is Premier Properties, so be careful.

Scammers are still at it.  Got a call from Susan @ Global Properties in FL with same spiel as the rest. She was using 727-388-9689 as her direct line and the 888-516-6041 as their toll free number.  Having seen the numerous posts on this web site I wouldn't think of calling her back.

My goodness, these people are straight from the pit of hell.  I didn't get suckered in, but their claims are just unbelievable.  I think they know people are really hurting and they are coming in like a bunch of darn sharks.  Man, I sure wish someone could figure a way to shut these scammers down.

Like everyone else, I too got a call from Jennifer Clemens (727-230-7049) of Global Properties (1-888-516-6041) four months ago saying there was an interested buyer for my land in Nevada and that the deal would close in 30-45 days.  Unfortunately, I'm between jobs and thought this would be a good way to bridge the jobless gap for my family.  I'm sure I'm out the $400 deposit now.  I've contacted their office several times and each time they say the same thing... that there's an interested buyer looking at the land.
It's been four months and I wanted my money back - minus the $50 admin fee.  So when I called them, their customer service rep was rude and hung up on me.  They wouldn't hear of refunding your deposit!  THIS IS A SERIOUS SCAM!  DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!
I can't believe I got suckered!  Wish I had found this site earlier.  I just needed the money...

I also got a call from Todd Burke at Global Properties at 727-230-6675 to sell our property for $27,000 a good $20000 over present value. I am still waiting for his proposal in the mail.I can't hardly wait! Will they send me the money in a certified check?Do they only charge $498? I sure hope they contact me soon!!Maybe I should just send them the $498 right now to get this deal going?

Did you ever close on the property?  I am an agent in Colorado looking after some of my friends who got the same phone call saying they had a buyer who wants to pay at least $30k over value?  Has anyone actually closed on a deal with them?

I was told the same story and hung up. After doing some research I found a legit company that doesn't charge upfront fees and works on commission. For more info check out www.timeshareresalecommunity.com. They also handle vacant land.

I just got a call offereing to buy some property I own for a very good price.  Was advised of very reasonable fee for service.  Need to put $698 in escrow up front on the deal.  Then was switched to a voice message that stated they did not have a buyer and that the fee was for a listing service.  So if one listens to the recorded message only, the customer has agreed to pay them a fee for services.  I did not give them credit card or personal info.  Hung up the phone.

Received a call from Global Properties just this past week - same story as everyone else here.  They have an "interested" buyer for some property we own in another state.  This Raymond guy transferred me to one of his sales managers - Jennifer Clemmens.  WOW, same phone number and everything and offering quite a bit more than property worth.  I'm so glad I found this site.  Needless to say when I call her back at 727-230-7049 I have few questions that I know she will not be able to answer.

My parents got a call for Global Properties about their property in Avon Park Florida.  My parents are elderly, my dad is undergoing chemotherapy and they really needed the money.  So they were delighted to hear "Global Properties" had a buyer for their property and they actually sent $400 for 'escrow'.  Well, closing came and went.  My parents called this so called Jennifer at Global Properties where the money was.  She wouldn't even talk to them!  She handed them off to a rude lady who swore at my mother and said the company didn't have a buyer anymore.  I am furious at this company!  I am also grateful my parents didn't send more than $400.  These people of Global Properties are sleazes and need to be put down like rabid animals.

Got a call from Diana Henry of Premier Property Services. They were willing to sell my recreational property for $9000. I just spoke to a realtor in that area. They mentioned that I won't even get the price I paid for this property a few years back.
There is a $500 portfolio fee that is refundable up on closing.
I am not sure of this call from Premier Property Services. It sounds too good to be true.

Got a similar call today from Global Properties using 727-230-6675 as a call-back number to my home in the PNW about my property in Brunswick County, NC. Just as with Indigo above, they told me that they had a buyer for my property at about 15K more than the assessed value. I have not advertised or listed the property since I bought it years ago. They made the same pitch for the $500 deposit. Very smooth. Stalled off the agent and then found this forum. No question in my mind that this is a full bore scam. I will be contacting the NC Attorney General in the morning.

Yes...my folks have some land in Nevada near Vegas and they have called them and say they have a buyer already. The land isn't worth 36,000 but that is what they say they have a buyer who is willing to pay. I am trying to look out for my folks...I think it may be a scam....
