I have over 10 different numbers for these people and the only jewelry store I have ever done business with is JB Robinson and my card has been paid off for well over a year

Wow...they have called me 5 times today from different numbers...they must really need their money.  

phone rang i answered--a woman said please wait for a representative--i hung up--than tried to call the number back at four or five different times--always busy

I DO have a kays credit but they have been incessantly calling me. I spoke to one lady who said she was putting a note on my account that I would be paying double the minimum on my next bill due date (may 10th). Tell me why I've gotten THREE calls the exact day after they put a note on my account. I'm just not going to answer anymore.

They called my fiance job and asked for his s.s. # and account #. Flag number 1, if this was legit, no one would need your social security number to collect a debt or anything. I called our local Kays and they told me that they would not ask for that information over the phone and if any bill is due they would send a mail notification first and Kay's main coporate office is in Ohio not Florida. THIS IS A SCAM!! The scary thing is how do these people have our personal information such as name and number if its not listed anywhere.

Calls several times a day and hangs up.....

I don't have Kay's credit either and I am getting calls from them too.

Called today at 2:40 P.M. EST. Since I'd researched this # on this forum before, I knew who it was from. I was trying to think how to answer it, but it only rang 2 times and hung up. Have no clue why they are calling us?we haven't purchased anything from them in years. Plus no message is ever left.

I received a call from this number at 9:05 a.m. today and at 2:40 p.m. yesterday and multiple others over the past several weeks, along with other numbers from other area codes that seem to relate back to this "company".  This time, the caller ID says "Sterling Jewel", but I have seen several that say Kay's or Jared's.  I do not have an account with any of them.  Today, I decided to answer the phone because I am sick and tired of getting these calls.  A person asked me if I was (another person).  I told her no.  Then, she asked me if I knew that person.  I actually do know the person from many years ago, but I don't see where it is the business of anyone who calls me, so I said I did not know the person.  I told her to take me off the calling list because I have been getting these unwanted calls and that I was going to report them to the FTC.  It is not my business if anyone else owes a bill or whatever they are calling for.  I am tired of my privacy being invaded by these persistent, time-wasting calls.  

I've been receiving calls from this number and others, too--no message. I never answer unfamiliar numbers. I do not owe anyone anything and have never done business with Kay Jewelers. This really happens mostly on my free TracFone; maybe it is linked to a former user having the same number or who knows. Annoying yes, but I just ignore these calls anyway. If anyone has legitimate business to contact me about, they can mail it to me. I would never give important information out over the phone to a stranger for sure. What a creepy way for anyone to make a living.

Got two phone calls from the number in quick succession.  The lady who answered said "Account Services" and refused to give me a company name. She wanted my name. I told her. She sighed and said "Last name first, please?"  Like she couldn't figure that out from what I said.  "Who IS this?" I asked, frustrated. She explained that they are an Account Services organization that handles multiple jewelers. I haven't made any jewelry purchases in a long time so I figured this is a scam. I told her "that's not me" and hung up.

This number is always calling and so early and always so repetative trying to see how to stop it

I love kays. Such a good quality at a good price. And I'm glad to know other ppl had thus number call ... Lol

Yea that number is sterling jewelers. They own Kay's and Jared's and etc. I missed a payment and they call same deal as you all. Unknown and FL USA #. Annoying thing is once you've caught up they haven't stopped calling. What's up with that?!

If it Kays Jewlers they should be proffesional enough to be on the line when it is answered.  Also, this behaviour is a good reason to never do business with them again unfortunately.  They call multiple times per day and are NEVER on the line always a busy signal whe answered.

Called my cell phone followed not even 30 seconds later on my work phone.  No VM left and I don't answer numbers that I am unfamiliar with. It would be REALLY nice if they would leave a voice message...I'd be more than happy to call back if it is a call that is for me.

For me, it was Kay Jewelers. I forgot to make my payment.

THIS EXACT SAME NUMBER CALLS CONSTANTLY, AND BEFORE 8 AM. CALLS  SEVERAL TIMES A DAY AND SOMETIMES 8 OR 9 AT  NIGHT.
