wow Good thing that I did not right down the number for customer service!!!  So when i looked back at my phone and looked it up...it turned out that the company was a fraud!!!  So i just shut off my account and made a new one JUST IN TIME BEFORE THEY TOOK OUT THE MONEY FOR THIS SO CALLED "CREDIT CARD"!!!!!  THANK GOD FOR WATCHING OUT FOR ME!!!!  

ADVISE      SHUT OFF YOU ACCOUNT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE

The same thing has happened to me the 129.00 came out of my account on 10/3/08 and the told me that i would get my card on the 5th or 6th of last month and still have not gotten it. so i call the attorney general. I am going to be taking legal action against them

Same stuff with me 200 for a 2500.00 dollar card that I never got.  I've already closed my account and will try to work with my bank to get $$ back but it's already been several months since this happened. This happened to me as well, however they have charged my account twice a total of $400, the first time on 04/18/08 and then again today 04/24/08. I have tried to call the company and like everyone else, there was no answer and the voice mail is full. I also live in Texas and if you can tell me where to find more info on the Texas remorse law I would appreciate it

Same bull the other folks have had.  $200 to get a 2500 credit card.  Can't get them on the phone and voice mail stays full.  No return calls after threatening legal action

Check with your bank and the laws in your state. My bank refunded my account and are taking care of the issue for me. In the state of Texas there is a Remorse Law that allows an individual to cancel a contract that they feel they were under presure. All charges that was made has to be refunded.
Oh if anyone took information down like the website and the costumer service number please post it. I did but lost it a week later.
Make sure you write those important info down next time and keep in a save place

Today is 4/03/08.  I gave them 200.00 from my acct on 3/21/08 and i haven't recieved a card yet in the mail.  Their Ph message system is full so i cannot leave a message or ask questions.  I do not know if they are a real credit card co.
