they call 2 or 3 times a day, if i pick up the phone no on answers. I called them 3 times and told them to take me off their list as i considered the calls harassment and if not stopped they would hear fromn my attorney. I was told by brenda it takes 72 hours to take your number off the list. I was told they are a financial management company, I told them I did not want or need their gd services.

Scam, have waited 4 months for refund

Offered me a better rate on my credit card since I have "an excellent payment history."  Told him that's because I canceled my credit cards 12 years ago to get out of this problem, so I didn't need his better rate.  End of call.

Called at 4:11 p.m. and again at 6:08 p.m. but did not leave a message either time.  Only the number showed on the caller ID  but they did call several times about a month ago, then nothing until tonight.

Is the do not call list a joke?  I have filed 2 complaints and nothing ever happens.  This company is trying to sell a sevice to reduce your credit card rates.  Very disturbing, as are all telemarketers.

They continue to call and either don't leave a message or no one is there when you answer.  When you call this number back, all you get is a fast busy.

Are they legitimate? or a scam. When you call them they are always unavailable.

Any time you make a charge on your credit card and the product is not what was described or if they won't refund you or even say they will but it takes forever then you can contact your credit card company and tell them you need to dispute the charge.  Your credit card company will send you documentation to fill out and sign and then they will send the dispute to the company that placed the charge on your credit card.  The company can try to rebuttal the dispute but they have to have pretty good grounds to win the rebuttal.  Once the dispute is processed you will get your money credited back to your card.  If for some reason the company that placed the charge on your account wins their rebuttal you can dispute it a second time and if the company wants to rebuttal the second dispute they could be charged up to $500.  Most of the time the company will not rebuttal the dispute so you will get your money back.  This is called a charge back and companies don't want charge backs because it doesn't look good on their merchant account.  I have actually worked for a company very similar to IWB so I know the process.  Good Luck.

These people keep calling repeatedly and I keep telling them I am not interested, but they don't seem to get the message.  Sometimes when they call they hang up after I answer.

I got a call from them on my cell phone, and by the time I stopped and managed to answer they had hung up. I called them from home having thier number in my cell, and miraculously got someone at the other end on the second try. Asked her whatit was they wanted and she tired to tell me they were a financial management services, {just a fancy name for a bill collection agency}, and told her my number; and to get it of thier sales list as it is on the do not call list. I belive they are trying to contact the previous owner of the number, as for a while I was getting calls every day for a Christine. IBW is the name of the company, I couldn't understand how she pronounced the name out. Anyone that is being badgered by any collection agancy can send then a certified letter telling them to desist and refrain from mailing or contacting them by phone. If they continue to, you can charges pressed on them, and collect from them instead.

Did you get any further calls from them, because I told them to remove my number and they just keep calling and hanging up on me after I scream at them.

I read somewhere it's actually Innovative Wealth Builders (IWB) and I have got two numbers for them; this one and *2714.  I have a feeling these people need to meet some kind of quota so they just call and hang up before my machine gets it.  The call is probably electronically monitored that they made the call and counts towards their quota.  Mind you, I'm not defending these people -- AT ALL -- I'm just throwing out there why they keep calling if you don't answer or why they continually hang-up.  Basically padding their quota numbers w/o talking to the public.  I just ignore the calls.  Yes, I am also listed on the DNC list.

cell phone caller....woman says hello hello hello

Call comes from a cell phone.  Call acts like it's a robo call that pauses until an answer machine gets done talking before it tries to talk again.  After my machine was done, there was a long pause & it disconnected.

got a call from this number more times than I can remember. This time I did a search. I am letting my answering machine scan phone numbers before answering. It is a pain to get calls when you don't even want any services nor applied for any kind of services they are trying to provide. Now that my answering machine is on, they don't even leave me any kind of messages. LOL

They called my house Tuesday night and didn't say anything.  I yelled in the phone, DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN I'M NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SELL!

They called again yesterday asking for me or my husband.  My sitter gave me the number, I called back.  They said the same crap I see in some of these other posts about debt relief.  I told her I wasn't interested, she hung up.  

I guess I instruct my sitter to tell them if they call again, we're reporting them.

Glad I found these posts. Received a call this a.m., but it was a hang up. We've had a lot of hang-up calls and been harrassed before. At least it's not the previous harasser.

i called it back she said it was a debt relief program was i interested? I told her no and to remove my number from their list. she said yes mam as soon as we can.. I said NO now or I will press a law suit umm she hung up

Didn't answer but dialed back number. Someone answered as "Innovated Wealth Builders"...they call constantly!
