Cheryl is rich because her business charges people and make it hard for these people to stop the charges. I know someone that works for her and I can't believe what she does is legal. If she had an honest business she would not be as rich as she is.

We can't tell you who sold your information because we don't know, but what i can tell you is the company is "contracted" from the company you bought whatever from to be the order confirmation department and also that the owner (Cheryl) as you can see on the joy behar show (which you can find on youtube) rented a house in the hamptons for 2 weeks for $500,000. What they don't tell you is that our slave driver lowered the pay for all of her 300+ employees and thats where the money came from for her to take a vacation. I have worked there for some time and it used to be fun to work there. Mainly because no one knew what was going on so you can't blame the rep that called you but now with being there for the time that i have and learning all the little dirty secrets about the company i am desprite to find a real job. One where i dont have to go home at the end of the night and feel guilty thinking about how many people really got screwed. Oh and the new address for the company is 19321 US Hwy 19 N Clearwater Florida. Being in a sensitive position within the company prevents me from saying much more but if you don't want to be called you have to tell them to take you off the list. Aside from accepting the program and getting screwed that is the only way to get them to stop calling you.

I got a call from them this morning. I was asleep so I don't know what it was about, but if what everyone so far has said, I think I'm going to let it just ring if they call again

They called me on my cell phone at 7 am, 10 am, and 1 pm. I did not answer. The first time they called I called the number back and heard "Please wait while we transfer you to a representative." I hung up and googled the number.

Fortunately if you have Verizon, you can sign into My Account, go to "Verizon Safeguards" then "Spam Controls" and enter the phone number. It will block them from calling and texting you.

I have been getting calls from this number on my cell while I am @ work.I don't answer because I am working. Just so everyone knows that if they call more than once in a 48 hour period that is termed harrassment. You can file charges but 1st you need to send to them in writing a request for them to stop calling. I suggest you send your written request by certified mail. If they continue to contact you once you have recieved your cert mail reciept then you can take your phone records & file charges and they will be fined very hugely. Seems like a chore to do but maybe if enough people actually do it they will get the hint & STOP calling.

These people called twice.  Reference a partner relationship with someone I purchased from.  I told them to take me off their list and he hung up immediately.  I want to know who gave them my information.  I didn't get as far as other people who found out which credit card it was from.  This is creepy

Don't worry, everyone can get the last 4 of your credit card or debit card. They just say that too scare you into thinking that they have everything. Just ask for the whole number next time, I guarantee they won't say it. If you ever buy anything online and view the statement or buy anything, even stuff like gas, the receipt will always say the last 4 numbers of your credit or debit card.

I just got a call (on my cell) the other day from an extremely rude man who would constantly interrupt me when I became angry at him having my CC info.  I told him, in no uncertain terms, that they were not authorized to charge one damn cent to my card.

He said he'd call back when I was in a better mood.  Can you believe it?  It was HE that put in a bad mood!

If you guys like, I searched for "C. Mercuris" in Florida.  Interestingly, a Cheryl R. Mercuris (other sites like this say her middle name is "Renee").  Her home address, as listed in public information is:

Cheryl R Mercuris

This number has started calling me last week.  Today they called 8 times between 9 am and 3 pm.  They had the last four digits of my credit card.  The only thing I bought online was from overstock.com  three weeks ago. Is overstock.com selling our peronsal information??????? I have read what other people have submitted on this number.  It appears that when they purcahse something online, their personal information is sold.   I woudl like to know what websites they have bought things online so I can avoid them in the future.  The only thing i bought online is from overstock.com.  BUying things online is easier, but it seems the risk is no longer warranted.  Looks like I am giong back to the olde fashioned brick and morter stores to make my purchases

Ditto here.  "Some big purchase like a TV" "you can't sign up for this" "preferred customer".  Though when I said I'd rather not get anything, she said "we won't send you anything" *click*. This kind of solicitation MUST be illegal.

Found this number as a missed call.  Called # back to find out who called.  This company answers and said they are sending a gift.  I said no thank you I am not interested.  She pursued with you can just try it for a month for free and cancel.  I told her that there was no need for me to have remember to cancel, when I know it in the first place.  I have enough important things to remember.  I don't need to remember to cancel anything when I KNOW I DON"T WANT IT!!!  I don't have money to purchase ANYTHING.  She finally started to get the message and to say goodbye, when I stopped her and said before you hang up, please take my # off your lists.  She muttered ok we will remove your # from our something or other and said good bye.

They have been calling my office number for month... it all started probably around Aug 09.  Thanks to you who post the messages when I try to search what the number was from.  I was able to recognize because the company's caller ID funciton and have never picked up once.  It stopped at one point but a couple weeks ago it started again... now it's a constent calling almost EVERY SIGLE DAY!  I will protect myself by not pciking up unknow caller and hanging up the phone immediately if I sense unlawful commercial message.

They have your credit card number and will start charging you $24.99 per month the minute they mail out the stuff. They dont tell you this. It's a scam and the Florida Attorney General's office has opened an investigation - so I'm told.

I just called the number and a lady answered saying thank you for calling quality control center, this is Jessica how may I help you. I hung up. Thinking about looking into this more because I have been having some weird things happening with my card charges. Like 3 or 4 dollars taken out here and there where I can hardly tell there is anything missing. Check your accounts. If they are taking 2 or 3 dollars, its hard for you to tell. But if they are doing it often, it adds up and you still might not notice.

this number called me and made me think i didnt have to pay anything ill just get this free stuff...and then i googled the number and i started to worry, i called costumer service and she told me i would be charged a total of 20 bucks...i said no way lady cancel immediately, and she did thankfully. If it shows up on my credit statement i will sue them bc i recorded the conversation. I asked her if this is some joke or a scam, and she said that if you buy an item online from a "tv show" (example QVC) or a as seen on tv product, they automatically put your name on this list. I didn't really know how to react, because i had recently bought something from QVC, but still i didnt want to take the chance. I canceled my credit card, and reported them. The costumer service number is 18664346600 call and cancel!..when you cancel they completely take you off the list and dont send any "free stuff"..good luck!
