Called my home number which is on the do not call list, when I called it a voice mail came on and stated all represenatives are currently helping other clients,Please leave your name and phone number and the name of the rep that you are trying to reach and they will call you back.

CES is a telemarketing firm that called people in states where they have a choice of who supplies their gas/electric. They are hired by different suppliers to market for them. They are located in Clearwater, FL but no longer at the address I've seen mentioned on this blog. The address is now 1315 Cleveland Ave. They claim to be ethical but I have questions about that. A-Z Verification is a "third party verification company" that CES uses to verify the enrollment of customers into the programs with the suppliers. They are located in the same building as CES and apparently are so tight nit they use the same phone lines. If you wish to get off their calling list tell them to remove you from their list. If you get a second call ask for the manager.

Same thing - asked who was in charge of electric/gas bill.  I said they had wrong phone number and they hung up.
Check of my caller ID log indicates they have called 3 times, every second day, during the daytime.

Called my cell phone EVERY HOUR!!

This is my electric company, First Choice Power, and its their Sales line to get me to renew my contract with them.  When I call the number back it gives me different options for different companies. The different companies are Intelligent Engergy, Consumer Energy Solutions, Stratigic Energy, Agway Energy, and First Choice Power.

Called my cell phone again. I did not answer. They did not leave a message.

I received the same call from CES and the guy said he was with First Choice Power, which is a Texas power company.

I received a call from this 727-748-1520 first on my home phone and then my cell. Caller ID said CES. I answered neither call but why can they call us when our numbers are registered on the national "Do Not CaLL" LIST?

called about offering me a lower rate on my electric bill with my former provider, texas new mexico.

They have called my cell phone repeatedly in the last hour.  They leave no message.

These people called my house telling my friend they were our energy company... funny since we just got a home phone two days prior and my energy company doesn't know it yet....

I saw an earlier note that said it was a company called CES which I believe stands for Consumer Energy Solutions which is a telemarketing company based in Clearwater, Florida calling regarding electric service.  I also received a call at work and then my cell.  I didn't answer either time and they left no voice mail.

Rec call from this number...they were for electric company...it was time to renew my agreement...They call for many companies..they had no account ot personal info on me..just name, address and phone...

Having my phone for only one week and this number called me 6 times. I once answered and they wanted to talk about energy, so I hung up. It's rude, but it works.

GOT A CALL @ 9:00 AM FROM " UNKNOWN NAME/UNKNOWN NUMBER, WHEN I DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE RANG 1 MIN. LATER FROM 727-748-1520 . PERSON ASKED FOR WHO IS IN CHARGE OF GAS AND ELEC. BILL. SAID FROM AGWAY ENERGY. TOLD THEM I AM ON DO NOT CALL LIST AND THAT I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM TO FCC DO NOT CALL COMPLAINT SYSTEM.

This number has come up repeatedly on my caller id, but never leaves a voicemail.

called and hung up, no voicemail.  I tried calling back only got a maching operator.

I know who they are - they are the cops.

I know because I recently reported a company that is hiring only illegals and paying them far below the minimum wage but I didn't give my name and that is the same phone line that I am now receiving the CES calls from several times a day even on weekends.

I too am on the "Do Not call list" which seems to be a joke.

Keep getting calls from this number, they have been calling me since last week and never leave a message.  Not sure who this is or who the number even belongs to.

This number called me two days in a row but didn't leave a message on my machine. I did a search, and the address for this number is 1704 Clearwater Largo Road, Clearwater, Florida 33756 and is within Belleair Place which is apperantly a business park with various businesses. There was no listing of who this number belongs to.
