Exactly the same happened: no message left on my cell phone. When I called back I heard a message "this number has benn disconnected or is no longer in service".

Same here. They called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. This is not the first time they call. When I tried to call back from a landline the response I got was "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service".

Got a call from this number today and they did not leave a voicemail. When I attempted to call back it says this number is not in service.

Got a call from this number, among a few other nuisance calls. No message left. When I returned the call, a recorded message says "this number is no longer in service."
