Calls continuously.  When I answer the phone, no one responds.  What is up with this company?  They call several times a week.

I've had one call and someone "coughed" before hanging up.  I did not answer the call and it went to voice mail.  From the other responses, it sounds like these people are making a connection so that later the company can go back and change your phone carrier without your permission...it's called Pfishing or fishing.  You won't know anything is different unless you have Internet on your phone line.  Please contact your phone carrier and make sure NO one can change any of your data without talking with you personally or having written documentation.  I was Pfished early this year and it took over a month to get back to my original carrier and get my Internet back.  I also belong to the do not call list but remember, this is just a list and many tele-marketers ignore it knowing that the fine "if" they get caught is less than they can make by having hundreds of people call thousands every night.

File complaint with Do Not Call site.  Here is link.  https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.  Although our phone number is listed on the DNC Starnet called.  Each time we advised we are on the the DNC, to stop calling us.  Hopefully DNC folks can help us all.

Calls but hangs up

these calls came all time of day and night and hang up after a couple rings if you don't answer.  Am on do not call list, doesn't matter, consumers have no rights anymore.

I was told that I had just won 2.5 mil $$ from confessional sweepstakes (run by Bill Clinton). Caller identified himself as Justin Wright.99% of taxes paid, just need to pay $399 for shipping and handling and monies will be delivered today. Already called 3 times in last 15 minutes.

I have filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission.  I urge everyone to do the same

REPEATED PHONE CALLS ALL DAY LONG! TYING UP OUR PHONE LINES! THEY CALL, WE ANSWER, AND THEN THEY HANG UP! I CALLED TO HAVE THEM TAKE OUR NUMBER OFF THEIR LIST AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME!

has called me all week, as soon as the b*#ch says hello they hang up afterwards! ?? what is wrong with these people? then i called back and they promised to take my number off of the list, yeah right! we'll see what happens...and yes they said they were a company giving lower interest rates on my credit card, i told them i don't even have a credit card. like they really know you!

They are constantly calling and not answering - I told them take me off the list - now all I get is gangups all day long

grandduaghter answered call told her i would not be in until 1030 pm,she asked her her name and my grandaughter asked who she wanted to talk to her our her grandma. She said she wanted to know who the liar she was she was talking to. My granddaughter hung up on her. What a B--ch. has tried to call back but they hang up when my husband answeres. and will not talk on the answering machine.

CLAIMED TO BE DEBT RELIEF WANTED CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND PHONE NUMBER OFF FROM CARD. VERY PERSISTANT HAD TO HANG UP TO GET RID OF HIM.
