I have been scammed out of $900 & they still continue to call & ask if I still want my funds. From here on out I am sad to say that I was dumb enough to fall for it. I just wanted out of debt!!!

Well I been talking to someone name allen peters who said I qualified for a $2,000 loan after.I paid $195 fir my installment payment then he calls back and says my social was flagged so I had to pay $620 now I have a two yr old and homeless because now I have.to pay $480 for application fees how do I report this

Since they ask you to send them money up front on a prepaid card, you call the company back and ask for a refund,  Those cards are still protected under the visa/master card logo.

Second call the FTC or email them on thier website.  The Federal Trade closes down companies like this all the time.

Call a TV station, they love to do stories about this.

Told me I was approved for $5000. Told me to send $295 as a good will payment and it would be deposited right back along with the rest of the loan. Then called me and said there was a red flag from the credit bureau and that they would assume 65% of the debt and that I just had to send $600 and they would then deposit the loan plus $1000 for my troubles. I demanded my $295 back and they said it was tied up in the credit bureau and it was out of their hands. I got scammed and I would like to know how to report these people and get my money back.

This is definitely a scam.  I was scammed out of some funds. They are representing a financial company that does not deal with them at all.  The web site that they gave I called the financial company and they said to contact the police they are using their web site and it is a scam.

i just got scamed out of 195 they said I have a red flag and that they would help get rid of it but I would have to send them two green dot cards with 260 on each they said I would get a 5,000 dollor loan

Its illegal to ask for money upfront and you have been scammed!  You will not see any money out of them period!  Check your credit reports anyway, your entitled to a free quote once a year..

I paid $910.00 upfront with a greendot card and did not get a loan.  They said it was a red flag on my credit and I would not get a loan for 30 days.

Scammed me with the Green Dot Card for $170 as the 1st pmt down... Then they said there was a red flag on my credit & I am not eligible for a loan for 20 YEARS.. Unless I pay another $700 then they will give me $7000! How/where do I report this?

It's a scam.  It is ILLEGAL in the US to require anyone to pay money upfront to receive a loan.  Even if you pay the money, you never receive a loan, only more calls saying that now you need to pay insurance, or taxes or the money you already sent didn't go through.

Had a stepdaughter receive a call from them today offering a 5000 loan, with $205 payments for 24 (possibly 28) months.  But she had to make the first payment up front as a sign of good faith before she received the money.  Yeah right - she'll find gold in her back yard before she gets an interest rate that low, and charging the first month's payment before getting the loan?  Take a pass on these guys.
