OH my god!! This is such a scam!! They have been calling my place of employment for the past couple of hours and they said that they were going to get me arrested because I took out a pay day loan and never repaid it and I would be arrested and it would cost me like 17000.00 to 18000.00 dollars to get out of trouble with court costs attorney fees and bail and fines and restitution. Yeah right! They also told me that if I paid $400.00 that everything would eventually drop. Such scam artists!

someone with a very thick Middle-Eastern accent with the name "Andy Brown" - yah right - called and stated the very second I got this message for me or my attorney of record to return the call. I was not to ignore the message and that if I did not call back, the only thing he could do was wish me good luck and for me to have a blessed day.
Bless this a**hole.
It's a scam to scare people. I will be summarily ignorning you "Andy Brown"....

These people call us every day from different numbers; I can never hear them clearly because of serious background noise on their end and they keep asking for a person who doesn't exist at our number. We're also getting unwanted text messages for this person from all sorts of cash advance-type places. Texting to stop, calling and telling them to remove us doesn't do any good--it stops from that number and resumes from a new one. Also, the calls are to a Google # and blocking them has been completely ineffective.

I received 2 calls today, one sounds like same guy but from this no., 16075950978.  Sounds threatening, I have saved them. When I googled the Fl. no. it says Cash Advance Scam calls. I have never received a cash advanced from them. I have found an FBI link to report and if they keep calling I will go further and report to them. Fortunately  they are calling my google number and it does not bother me, but that they are trying to scam people with intimidation does bother me.

I posted the following message on October 26, 2012. Now these dumbasses are calling again saying the exact words on their message as they did last time - like, "If you don't call me back today, then the only thing I can do is wish you luck". Hahaha! What idiots!! I'm gonna play along this time & see what happens. From what I've read, they'll probably end up telling me to go buy a prepaid visa - so ill act like I'm going to do it, then I'll call back & bust them out!!  :0)  I'll let you know what happens!!

Hahaha!  Thank you guys so much for posting about these idiots being a scam.  I dealt with them all day yesterday, and they honestly had me scared to death.  I could barely understand any of them.  I kept telling them that I couldn't understand what they were saying, and they ended up transferring me to 4 different "american" people.  I decided to google their number last night & was relieved when I realized that it was b***s***.  So....today I've been having a great time with them!!

They called a few times this morning before I woke up.  I got a voicemail saying that "if I didn't return the call within 60 minutes, they would be turning my social security number over to homeland security."  Hahaha!  Seriously?!  Homeland security for a deferred cash advance?!  I was more than happy to call them back!  I was transferred to "Claude" who is in charge of my case.  I started out by telling them that I wasn't an idiot, and I was certain that I had never taken out a cash advance that I didn't pay back.  "Claude" got a little offended and told me that "no one had ever said that I was an idiot."  I told him to quit calling my number, and if they didn't, I would just change my phone number.  He said, "that's fine b***h....I'll just keep calling your place of employment until you get fired."  Haha - I told him to feel free because I'm self employed.  He hung up on me.

I called back and told the one that answered the phone that "if you type their number into google, it tells what a crock of s**t that they are" - and I told him to quit calling my phone.  He said "that's fine, we won't call you again, but I'm going to give your number to our collections list, and you'll have 3000 people with you number that will call you instead." Then he hung up on me.

It's great since the tables have turned!  I've been calling them back about every hour.  I've been speaking with their foreign accent - first I gave them my name, I got transferred, then put on hold while they looked up my case.  He got back on the phone and said "when I looked up your case, we don't have anything on you, so why don't you go f*** yourself!"  I responded with a (In their accent, of course) a loud, singing, Ahhhlahlahlalala!!  I got hung up on again.  I immediately called back and the idiot answered, singing "hallaleuah, hallaleuah....hallaleuah, hallaleuah" and hung up.

So that's it - that has been my experience with 727-827-8710.  I'm sorry that my message was so long, but I couldn't help but to share it all with you.  So if they're calling you, have some fun!!  I know I have!!  :0)

They called me claiming to be Richie & Associates out of St Petersburg, FL.  They said I had criminal charges against me, but would not give me any further information.  I was told to call back on that number to make arrangements to settle the matter out of court.  They also said that if I did not, they would send a letter to my employer notifying them of the criminal charges against me.  First of all, It's a scam, and Second, it would be a violation of confidentiality for any law office to discuss criminal matters with anyone other than the parties directly involved.  Also, if anyone were to file charges against you, for criminal accounts, or small claims, such as a defaulted loan under $5,000, they would have to notify you by certified mail, or summons in person.  If you receive any calls from this number, or any other, do not pay them any money, and report them to the FTC.  You can reach their reporting form through their website at www.FTC.gov

threatened to have me sued and arrested following the call and unfortunately they have my address. said they would have me arrested at work. I find it strange that they claim to read legal documents over the phone. scary but now I see its a scam. I have no current cash advances that are unpaid.

I had got several calls from this number from someone supposedly with last name White who transferred me to someone else with the last name Clark who went on to tell me that I had took out a pay day loan and never repaid it and I would be arrested and it would cost me like 17000.00 to 18000.00 dollars to get out of trouble with court costs attorney fees and bail and fines and restitution he went on to tell me I needed to go to a CVS pharmacy and buy 2 green dot money paks put 500.00 on one and 188.00 on the other but before I went in the store to call them back to get the information I needed to take care of everything so no charges would be pursued I didn't bother I looked up phone number online and read the posts about them they claim to be from a law firm and that if I didn't do exactly what I was told that 911 would be calling and come to arrest me I called them back after calling the police and they answered the phone law firm I asked who I was speaking to and they kept saying law firm and who did I want to talk to I told him someone with the name Clark that then got on the phone I told him that I had called the police and he said that was good that he would tell them just to arrest me then got all beligerent and started cussing me out the police officer took the phone and they hung up I got 3 calls after that from 1911 which I didn't answer as the officer said the only way I would get a call from 911 is if I had called them and hung up then they would call back no more calls and I knew right when they said green dot money pak it was a scam and I had never ever applied for or received a pay day loan

I received a phone call from this number asking for my Attorney to call them. They also told me it was from Cash Advance and that there was a lawsuit against me for a deferred payment. I have never even applied for a cash advance. They had tons of information on me and then proceeded to tell me that I should be polite when speaking with some one on the phone then calls me a f*cking b*tch and hangs up on me?
