I received this number in my caller ID display, according to the area prefix number ... Florida.

This is the third such call I've missed and no message, being a recording artist I'm prone "not" answering calls I don't know ... and returning messages as left.

This is a practice I do advise, as tele-commanders abound these days.

This # keeps calling about credit info.Tried to complain to BELL, PEEL POLICE, CRIME-STOPPERS, PHONE BUSTERS. No help at all PEEL POLICE ROID BOYS TOLD ME TO CHANGE MY #!!!!! WTF! I live in Canada and keep getting calls from these scam artists.... on average at least one a day. I tried to get on the U.S. " No Call List " but it doesn't recognize Canadian area codes so I guess I'm stuck with 'em.

Ok..these bone heads called me.. I did some sleuthing and ended up here...decided to call the local RCMP detachment only to be given a number for Phone Busters. Phoned that number only to to be informed of another number with costs 3$ a call.....?????????????

This call was received on my cell phone.  I made the mistake of continuing the call by pressing 9 to be connected.  They were trying to promote reducing my credit card interest rate.  I had a bad feeling as soon they asked for my credit card number. I suggested they give me the number they supposedly had on file for me to verify, but they gave me a lame excuse which at that point, I disconnected the call. I then called my the Cell Phone company to alert them that the number received on my cell phone may be a scam and to note it on my account for suspicious phone call activity.

After many phone calls and emails and then spending approximately 2-3 hours on the phone today trying to get help from youir customer service, I have decided that I will make a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs.  Not at any stage of my many phone calls did anyone try and offer any propper assistance.  I consider Joseph's lame advice and assistance as poor service to my real issues.

I rang the number I was given when speaking with Sebastian, Mark Snider and Gerry McIve in December.  That number was 1800 069 385 and I have rung it numerous times before throughout December and January.  I have also rung the direct number to America which was 0011 1 (800) 684 2058.  The same people answered the phone and I got the feeling that they were playing games with me - big time.  I was put on hold so many times it was unbelievable.  I was transferred to voice mails so many times I couldn't believe it even when I mentioned I was from Australia, it was the middle of the night and I wanted to speak with someone directly.  If that is what you call customer service it may be time to employ genuine, sincere, helpful and honest telephone assistants whose priority is to 'help the customer'.  I just hope that the 1800 number was a free call service for me otherwise I am up for a massive phone bill.  

I am in desperate need of my money back which was withdrawn from my account on the 12th of December and want to organise this immediately.  I am prepared to take this matter further if I am not assisted promptly as I am totally disgusted by the service I was given at a time when I could have been sleeping and resting in the middle of the night in Australia.

I am extremely unhappy about this.

I have also asked for a refund since April 30th. I sent the package back 2 days after I received (within 30 day limit)For 2 wks they said they didnt receive it. Then Mike the customer service guy offered to take $200 off the $498 i paid. They did refund me my money. I agreed to the new terms of no early bkg reservation fee but he did not mention it in the email of our new agreement ,so i tried to cancel again. he got angry and yelled at me .YOU CANNOT CANCEL. I said im within the 30 day limit. its my right as stated in the terms and conditiions. i told him i was reporting him to the company stated on the bottom of the terms and conditions. no reply.no correspondence since may 25th. i dont what to do.

I had a call about a year ago (forget the number) saying I won a free trip somewhere, being curious I pressed 9 and this lady answered. She asked my name and phone number. Gave her bogus name and number, she then said that they are supported by Mastercard and said that with the purchases on my Mastercard I was entered into the draw for a free trip.

Me: wow that sounds awesome, but let me ask you something. how do you know if I have a Mastercard?

Operator: my computer shows it shows you have a Mastercard.

Me: hmm, thats funny, because I don't have a Mastercard..

Operator: Well it shows here that you do

Me: huh,... well I gave you a bogus name and bogus number so I have no idea how you get that info, except for the fact that you guys are scammers,

which airline they will fly me with? will they organise transfers for me? what is the name of the transfer company? is the hotel a five star?  What colour are the rooms of the hotel? Can i take my pet turtle? Am i travelling first class?

I got phone call today. "I have won a free trip to Florida,  Daytona,  Bahamas." ! ! 'You bewdy'.  I thought.   When I asked how did they get my number;  they said I must have booked with them B4.  I have never been out of Aust.  The number they gave me is  1800 092 368 which can't be connected (why am I not suprised) also www.4vacation.net.
When they asked for my credit card details I was suspicious.  Then after almost 25 mins. and a lot more b***s*** I hung up.

I got this call just now. I wasted 28 mins of their time, and spoke to 3 different people.

I asked why this wasn't an online promotion, and they told me that the Dept of Foregin affairs told them that they had to do it over the phone to secure our details.

I kept asking lots of questions. They said I won a free trip, but then it was 90%. I said that it's not free then, and it was false advertising.

I pissed them right off, and was on this site as I googled 4vacations.net while on the phone to them!

These wnakers called my house a few times and when another member of the household pressed 9 we god this indian dude trying to get my details down and asking me to log onto a website, which i googled and stumbled upon this. Nothing is free just remember that if it sounds too good to be true..
Haha i told him to go to the vacation himself and to stop calling to which he replied "I will call you again and again every day and every month and every year...." I said I will kick his ars and hung up.
This type off harassment makes me not want to answer my home phone.

Hi...I read your entry AFTER I googled the customer support number the caller gave me. Low & behold, I got this site!
I was just called this morning. Much the same info but some variations. Seems the scammers have deleted the Pete Beach part & added a Bahamas cruise for 3 days & 2 nights. And the "pigeon" has 18 months to travel in instead of 12 months. All other info is the same as you have given. This guy was quite patient & well versed although I found it difficult to understand him on the phone. He also almost got me too. I gave him all the info he asked for but refused to give him the 3-digit CVA on the back of my credit card. Upon refusal he patiently explained that it was needed to verify my credentials. However I have made purchases online too & knew that with all that info he could buy the world on my credit card online! I told him to call some other "lucky person" & ended the call.
