Taxes cover the department and the employing agency, but when you get a call they are raising money for the fire unions.  You never see them with a boot anywhere in Pasco.  When you did, they were raising money for MS or MD.

I guess they went back under ground... the Web Site now come up 404.... Not Found.
Fire Fighters, BPOE or State Trooper none of them get but a small percentage of the money that they collect.

Thank you for this info.  I called, said I wanted our number removed he was polite took my number asked if there were any other numbers and said he would be happy to remove us.

I get calls from them daily, at least twice a day. No message ever. I never answer but it is so intrusive!

WE GET CALLS FROM (727) 862-3733 EVERYDAY SOMETIMES 2-3 TIMES A DAY. WHEN I TRY TO CALL THE NUMBER NOONE EVER ANSWERS. I REALLY WANT THESE PHONE CALLS TO STOP.

I just called their office and asked them to kindly remove my number, and they did. Now I will ake and see, but they were very polite and cooperative.

It looks too suspicious. asked for a 30 dollars Donation for Zephyrhills Firefighters. I do not even live in Zephyrhills. called twice 02:39pm and 06:38pm. It is a scam! find a job. We pay enough taxes to support free loaders trying to cover up as a non- profit organization. I'd rather give my donation to the fireman with the boot up on the road. Ask Obama for those 30 dollars.

This number called me this evening at 7:29 pm and when I answered, they hung up on me. I'd appreciate if they didn't call me again.

On 8-7-08 I received two call at 1:40pm and 6:28pm ,no message left on voice mail. Upon returning home I called the number, but noone answer.

I told the guy that answered that our number is listed on the Do Not Call directory, he replied that it doesn't apply to them as they are a non-profit organization. He then agreed to remove our number from their calling list. Everyone who is also irritated by this nuisance should do the same.

Rec'd call for Citrus Co Paramedics, said funds would go to Citrus Co, fell for it, googled later, probably a mistake.  Appreciate this site..
