they keep calling me 2

Weirdest call I ever received...  It was quiet at first (like a telemarketer) and then a gentleman with a strange accent yelled "HELLO."  I said "Where are you calling from?"  He hung up.

this # told me I've been approved for a car loan, I told them I didn't buy a car and to cancel that and they hung up. I tried to call them back and the number is disconnected.

I got 2 calls from that number today. I could not understand a word they say and cannot find anything on the area code.
