I am dealing with the same Mark slater too who calls from different numbers saying that i have 3 legal charges against me but  I never was able to talk to him. he just leave messages on my voicemail...I know i dont have no charges against me and he is a loser....i dont need that type of stress in my life. I hope he gets whats coming to him for harassing people.

I love how a law firm tells people they will send the police... Lol um if you are wanted by the police...they will come get you. They don't need a law office to give you a heads up get are coming hahaha idiots!!

Joseph from Spencer law firm called stating that I had a law suit against me. I told him I have never been sued before and I had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him what the law suit was for and he could not tell me that. I asked him to mail me a copy of the law suit and he said he could not do that (as much as I could understand his "accent")
I hung up on him, he called and left a voice mail that law enforcement was being contacted and they were coming to my home address to discuss this with me.
Still don't have a clue what this is aout???

They are scam artist they tell everybody the same story don't give them any info all they want is money I have reported them to both state and local authorities here in Indiana and recommend everybody else do the same!

I received a call today from 7313261731 and the guy told that there was a lawsuit against me for Embezzlement. I told him that I never received a loan from anyone!!!! He then told me that the police will be coming to arrest me. I simply told him that I didn't steal or have any money!!!

Yep, Adam West (lol) just called me from this number, I contact the FTC everytime they call, they are reading off a call (trying the best they can to actually speak English).  I wish I could get these calls stopped, I just ignore them.

"This the new phone number for the latest phone scam.The mans name is Mark Slater and he says he is with Spencer Law Firm and that I have a law suit against me from a payday loan company.I told him I am not stupid that I know if someone has a lawsuit against you they don't call and tell you  so he said he was going to send a office to my home and to my job within the hour well still waiting. So I called them back to get the name of their law firm and after I hung up someone from there called me back and wanted to know why I called and when I told him because I needed the name of the law firm so I could file a complaint he told me to never call there again. I guess they don't like getting phone calls so if they call you call them back and ask them lots and lots of questions they don't like it." they told this to all the person they contract
