slam the phone in their face..everytime they use a new number block that...they do not speak english and call you foul language..

This number just called and said nothing. So I called back with another number. He , in a heavy indian accent which I couldn't understand and made him repeat several times, told me his name and the " company" he was calling from. He said my Auto loan has been approved. Wow, since I hadn't applied for one, I thought this was fabulous news and told him I was thrilled. He asked if I'd like a new or used car, and I told him, Oh no, I was going to be purchasing the brand new Bentley since my " loan" was now approved. ( Imagine that, even withOUT applying and just before Christmas! )
After he couldn't understand ME correctly, and asked which number would be the best to call me back, I told him my LAWYERS number would be best since I would be suing him for harrassing phone calls and that they would now be hearing a LOT from me.
Hmm. He hung up pretty quickly, go figure!
Someone seems to have lost a village idiot, or it's' the entire village making the calls!~

these guys dont even have a sales pitch and they dont answer any of the questions you ask. one rag head asked " doo  uu need an auto loan " i said "no" and he called me a "stoopid mudder facker" i asked where they were located and he kept mumbling. are they trying to fund another attack? should somebody contact the FBI?  does anybody know how?

This number keeps calling my phone and everytime I answer and say, "Hello", they just hang up.  Very annoying!!!

Call them back playing something really high pitched that will hurt their ears.

I've Been getting calls like this all month as well as texts about loans.  I'm about to get a new number since someone obviously got this one from somewhere and sold it.  Along with (732)231-2088 I got one with (421)781-8274 Number.  Lame scammers!!

i also got this call, when i said i never applied for a loan they just hung up, so i called back to see if real.. they didnt even answer with a company name just some hello... and then the man had some accent one second then none the next, so i said this is a fake call he said its as fake as you, and called me a mother fuker and a$$hole... so i dont know what the hell this is about. and when he gave website address to even pretend it was real he stumbled n said it all mumbled so i think someone is just playing games, and wonder if they are the ones calling me all hours of the night as well restricted.

I got this call this afternoon for the first time, and was cursed at immediately.  When I called it back, I was cursed at again.  It seems like they are waiting for people to say okay or yes to some things, so that they can do something...not sure what.  It definitely is a scam, and the National Do Not Call registry cannot do anything yet since it was registered less than a month ago.

Unbelievable!  I've been getting these calls for weeks now.  When I do answer there is no one there.  I finally got someone to answer today, I was hung up on.  This is for some auto loan place.

I got a call from 732 231 2088 several times today about a car loan I supposedly applied for.  I responded I never did such a thing and I asked to be taken off their calling list. They called me name and cussed!!!  Indeed, they was a delay of about 3-5 sec before the call got connected and they do have a heavy Indian accent. They also call from 343 671 8937.. My cell phone provider advised me to register at donotcall.com since there's nothing they can do on their end. Hope it works..

yes, just call the do not call list and report the number and the FTC will fine them if they continue to call. Keep on doing this until they do not call anymore...It really works for a few weeks LOL!

Or there is a possibility that phone number databases can be bought and sold in India for a couple hundred bucks, you can say buy a 200 000 numbers etc, who setup predictive dialing and hope you answer the phone and say hello.

This fucken rag heads trying to scam us. Well they called me telling me that I was approved for the auto loan I applied for, and I was like I haven't applied for a car loan since 1999. And then they hung up. They callEd again and then I told them take me off there call list. What I did to block the call was add them to my phone book on my cell then then I programed there call t go straight to my voice mail. I hope I was some help to you guys.

Just got a call from Ricter. I asked for a manager and a man named Steve answered. I asked for name of company, was told Quick Cash Locator based in Sacramento, CA. I asked for a call back number so I could call to complain. Steve said, "If you don't shut up, I'm going to fly to NY and piss on you, then kill you." This guy has a nasty potty mouth, and I would so love for him to come meet me in person. I've never been threatened by a telemarketer before. I have never requested info on loans and am on the national do not call list since 2001. these people are engaging in illegal activity. If you get any info on these people please post here so others can file complaints.

Started day before thanksgiving -- at the very least 5 calls a day, usually wakes me up -- no message, when i answer there's nobody there. Very very frustrating.

Called the number back - answered the phone "Hello this Roger"  Heavy accent.  Said I had applied for an auto loan.  When I told him that I did not - he (Roger) said that I had and said that I said any different I was a lying B!$CH!  Not sure who these people are.

Oh my goodness!!!!!!!!!!!! What a D bag. I start getting these calls from this number a few days ago and no one would ever leave a message so today I decide to answer early this morning and yell into the phone stop calling this number. Then they called a few more times and one time I answered and said who is this? It was a man with some type type of  Indian or Arabian accent. He asked for some name which I can't even pronounce and when I said there isn't anyone here by that name and said stop calling this number he wanted to start cussing me out and said you listen here, so I yelled back no you listen here and hung up. So I waited about 30 minutes and called him and he answered the phone Hello, I said who is this and then he starts to go into a telamarketing pitch and I said please let someone know to stop calling my phone number and he just hung up in my face. Seriously?????

Called the number back - they called me 3 times yesterday, they answered the phone but refused to take my number off their list and called once more yesterday for a total of 5 times.  I never applied for a loan. Not sure who these people are.

The comapny is "pre apporving car laons"  I have calledf them, many many time about my $197,000 Ferrairr, that I need to pay for, and my $350 Chevette i'd like to buy.  They are very freindly then.  However when you ask them about the intaminte actiicty you had with thier mother, there seem to get a little defiensive.

I just received a call from this number saying I applied for an auto loan.  Accent was indian.  Number is from US, but I think it is a dialer service.  I noticed when I answered there was a delay until they connected me through.

These are really bad telemarketers...wish there was a way to block them.
