Keeps calling a place of business and when you tell them "that person is not on my phone list" - they want to argue with you but will not put "his" shupervisor on the phone when you ask to speak with "his" supervisor.  Very rude...

Received a call from a Kevin Johnson with a heavy accent stating he was from the federal Law department that if I did not return their call by today, Then I will be arrested tomorrow. When I hang up he calls right back yelling why did I hang up. So if you receive a call from 732-645-1930 do not answe r.

i had thesame issue on monday 1/30/2012 they called and said they were attorneys and that i had three charges of felonies against me and they would send the police to arrest me and that it had to do with a payday loan thru cash advance usa but they didnt give me a amount and i told them i didnt receive anything in the mail about it the person that left the message had a very foreign accent and said let the consequences fall upon me it was enough to scare you but after checking on the number became suspicious that it was some sort of scam

Have fun with this, make up a SS# and name. 9 out of 10 they'll say they have you owing X amount.

you agree and state you'd like to fax payment and info to take care of this.

they will then give you a fax number.

A. go to fax machine
B. insert a page that is taped to another page that is taped to another page
C dial #
D. fax
E. once the end has come out, tape it to the other end. (circle)
F. they will get a fax that has nothing on about 100000000000 pages.

Called my wife's cell phone.  Called them back and they wouldn't give any information.  Had foriegn accent and was garbled.  Was rude and uncooperative.  Will be filing a complaint with local police dept.

my husband just got a call from our employers that there was a message saying that we need an attorny he was being federally charged with non payment to a loan we have.  I said we don't have a loan and he said he cannot give me anymore information to have my husband call.  So he did, and all they said (the guys name is Mike Cooper) was to have our lawyer call the number we just did. they then hung up on him.  I went online to do research and found this sight and then some!!  I contacted a lawyer anyway and we will meet with him on saturday... but these people will not get a dime from me I OWE NOONE!!!  I couldnt even understand the name of the company the person talking was talking so quietly when he said the name and he wouldn't repeat it!!

Left multile messages - I'm going to be sued, cops on the way to arrest me, freeze all my accounts, and I will go to jail.   All calls are recoreded so he says.   CMG told me to get a debt vailidation and he refused to give it....

Said his name is Kevin Harris works for Clifford ____ Associates.  Does not speak english hard to understand.   says he is a lawyer but also says he's the only one.    When told my attorney will talk to him he hangs up....   Said we could talk face to face but refused to give his address...     He said if I can find the building/location he was calling from he would pay me $2,000.

iv been getting phone calls from them as well they keep calling my cell and work saying that they are attorneys as well and saying there goin to take this too court and i better have an attorney and that if i dont reply that this is all on me and wishes me good luck this just didnt sound right to me because i have no on line loans and this isnt cool.

This is a scam.  They are not purchasing anything.  They are highjacking websites and getting your info.

Got a call Monday, 12/12 at 8:19 a.m. after working all night and going to sleep at 7:15 a.m.  Nasty thick Indian accent, could not even pronounce my name.  I said not interested and he called back.  I told him "I don't do business with c**** jockeys".  He didn't call back but I became so frustrated I could not sleep.  I called back, got some liar, Leon Johnson, asked him where he was located, gave some lie about all of the U.S.  I said where are you located NOW, PHYSICALLY WHERE ARE YOU?  He said in CA.  I said really there is a problem.  732 is NJ.  He said he had worked with the law firm for 15 years and he just got transferred from San Diego.  I said really, I am on the phone with the Clifford Lazzarro's office and you do not work there, they do not know you!!  He hung up.  I have called them back at least 20 times over the last two days.  I call back every morning as I did today at 8:19 and say GOOD MORNING.  THE POLICE DIDN'T ARREST ME!!! Called my house  numerous amount of times , also called my work about three different charges of bank fraud .could hardly understand the person when I talked to them they kept getting frustrated started cussing .said they were going to notify my state of the charges .I called the numbers back the first call was blocked and another number i called kept getting a different result once was a Busniess another was a residence .

they also callled me sayn that i had criminal offenses against me..these people are clearly scammers and yes i will file a report against them..what happened when you filed a report..did they stop calling?

these damn people call me twice this morning!  They demanded to know my name asking in very sturn manner and i couldnt understand them.. the guy that call me said his name was jim brown and sounded like he was from iraq. i asked for the company owners name and number to cantact him at and in return they ( 2 people, one in the back ground) decided to call me a a***ole. i hung up on "jim" the first time and he called back with a promptness  saying.  you hung up on face, you a***ole.. i hung up again.. these people are CROOKS! never ever give you name to someone that calls you and you cant understand them! always aquire their name prior to talking any more

I'll bet all you went online for a payday loan.  You gave them all your information.  They will wait a couple of weeks and start to threaten you to repay 600.00.  SCAM..SCAM..SCAM.  If you think about thousands probably do this and if they get 3 a day to fall for it how much do you think there making.

Just got a 4 calls in a row at my work saying they have a law suit against me as well. This is the 2nd time I have recieved a call like this in a week. I answered the first one then when I saw it was the same # calling I just picked up and hung up immediatley. Alway some guy that sounds like he's from India. Has the last 4 of my social security # which makes you concerned.

I received a call as well.  They threatened me with check fraud and said that they were going to send somebody to arrest me.  The law firm they claim does not match the phone number.  I am filing a complaint too.

Called my cell said he was a lawyer and were pressing charges for multiple crimes on a payday loan i did not pay. Would not give me the number if the loan company. Said I did not have the right to conact them. These are scammers. They purchase your personal information from online companies and try to bully and threaten you into paying them. I do not owe these people money. I did file a report with my local authorities.
