On vacation. They caught me first thing in morning and I fell for it. As soon as I hung up I called my bank and try were well aware of this scam. Had to cancel my card and now I'm going to spend day getting new card instead of going to Disney as planned. Karma to those b*****ds

This number called me today to say my debit card was cancelled. I also think its a scam.

auotmated call indicating debit card has been cancelled, asking user to press 1 but I did not press one. Seems to be a phishing scam to get your account information

Received a call that my chase debit card had been cancelled

just got a call from these jerks, I did not respond, tryed calling back but soesnt go through, funny because they asked me the same thing about how my debit had been deactivated, AND I DO NOT HAVE A DEBIT CARD

This scam is still active this number calls me at least once a week. I have notified Wells Fargo.

I received a call from 732-708-4037 saying my Mellon Bank Credit Card was cancelled.  I have never had a credit card with Mellon.  Press 1 to fix this.

Couple months ago had someone call different number about my debit card & it was automated just got another automated from this number didn't pick up & they left a number about a spanking center? EXCUSE ME? don't pick up!

This is a phishing scam. There is a recording that says your debit card is cancelled.

I received this call from a computer voice saying my debit card has temporarily been suspended and that I should push "1" to be connected to the fraud department. That's funny!!

Definitely a scam...I didn't get the name of the company just a computer voice that told me my debit card was cancelled press 1 to reactivate press 2 to leave. I figured it was a scam because my BANK would have called me if that was the case.. I pressed 1 just to see what they had to say and they want your information. Unbelievable!! What jerks!

Just got one of these calls. Some cops up in Jersey need to start making arrests...

Here it is July 27 & I too received the same call with a message left on my voice mail stating my card was canceled & to call them, So despite all these previous comments & despite the fact someone does in fact own this phone # which is generating these scam calls you would think perhaps the proper authorities would have made some arrests by now. 732-708-4037 a New Jersey telephone # owned & operated by scam artists. In this day & age when our government can tap in to any & all calls, when we have red light cameras at almost every intersection, you would think these scam artists would have to change phone #'s daily. Yet here we are month's & month's later still posting about this very same #... Crazy world ain't it?

Received a call from this number telling me my debit card had been suspended, and I needed to follow specific directions to re-activate it.  THIS was a total crock, since I had just used it!  Besides, I know my bank doesn't work this way....Don't fall for this people, they are phishing for your money!!!!

The same call just came in as well.  I put the return number into a Goggle search and found this site.  It is clearly a fraud and like previously reported, when you try to call back, Verizon wireless tells you that the phone number cannot be dialed.

Got a call from this number- radio voice telling me that my debit card was suspended and to press 1 to re-activate it. I hung up, but I can only imagine that they would then ask for my card#- definitely a scam. was a number that I am not familiar with, and had nothing to do with the bank that i bank at, and after chekcing my account, everything seemed normal and i am still able to use my card.

My wife received a call from these idiots telling her the debit card is invalid.  As our bank doesn't do business this way she knew it was a scam.  Sure enough, when I called this number the call wouldn't go through.  I just wish these losers would find a job.

YES this is a phising scam, they are trying to get you to enter all your card information. DO NOT RESPOND HANG UP!!

I received this call also, but apparently they knew who I bank with. Told me that my debit card had been suspended & to press 1 to reactivate it. I was driving & did not want to deal with it. So, waited until I could call my bank & learned they had not placed the call. Advised all of my family to not give out their info.

I work at Frontier Community Credit Union and the bad guys are using our name to send the same phishing calls to collect card information through this phone number. We have narrowed it down to calls to cell phones with carriers AT&T and Verizon going to members and non-members alike. BE SMART - DON'T RESPOND to these calls. Your financial institution already has all that info.

I just received a call from this # also, sounded fishy & you can't talk to anyone.  I assumed it was a scam & sounds like it is!

Received a call from this number staating that my debit card was suspended.  I immediately hung up and called my bank to confirm.  They had not contacted me and all was well with my card.  Definitely a scam!!

A recorded message saying that my debit card was cancelled and to press one to speek to security department. I never heard of the bank, Comerica. this is some typr of scam. Just hang up on the ***ards.

A recorded voice announced that something or other had been suspended and asked that I press 1 to proceed.  Reading the other entries reinforces my thought that this was a scam.  It is disgusting how these criminals relentlessly try to steal from the population at large! It is also a blessing that websites such as this uncover this scum.

I also received an automated call from this number, but it was informing me my "Comerica debit card had been deactivated". I don't have a Comerica card, and this seemed to be a scam, but I wanted to see how far I could go with it, and eventually it prompts you to enter your account number and press #. DO NOT do this, as this call is absolutely 100% a SCAM.
