I asked to speak to a supervisor as I have told them to stop calling me on more occasions than I care to count and the female on the other end of the line was definitely shaken and continuously told me he was unavailable. When I told her to put me on hold, that I would wait. She said that, "You can't be put on hold ma'am" and hung up. This sincerely needs to stop.

I received two calls over the weekend, each call after 8 pm. India guy with extremely bad English and reception. Never disclosed a company name, but asked for me by first and last name.

Calls and hangs up, when I tried calling it back, got a prompt asking to enter an account number. I can only assume it's some sort of fraud.

Got a several message from this number this week. When I call back , it says please enter your account number. It does not say what comapny this is. Also, when I answer the call, it hangs up.
