Can we sue them for harrasment?

I've been called several times on my cell by this number. There is a no-call list, and they are NOT suppose to call cell phones. Why has no one reported them to the police?

yep, getting multiple calls from this number.  have not answered.  glad this site exists ... I verify most incoming numbers here now.

Numerous calls on my cell phone through the week telling me about my auto warranty expiring.  I won't answer the calls but they do leave v/m's.  VERY annoying!  It's been going on for weeks!

number showed up on my caller id.  If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer.  That's why you have caller i.d.

Several calls. If anyone has an idea I am happy to support. This is a work cell. About 4 calls a day. I have followed the automated message that they give and left a message saying that I was reporting them as harassment. Then the calls really started coming in. Help!.........

Also getting 917-210-0345. There has to be something that can be done.

These people called on New Years Day at 10 am.

This number calls me on my cell as well as other weird numbers, and they never leave messages... I've stored all of the numbers in my cell phone under SCAM so I know that it's them.

THe f***ers call me to but just hang up when i answer

They have called at least once daily about my vehicle warranty.  I pressed one to get thru to an agent to request for them to stop calling me and the guy told me absolutely NOT!!!  Then he actually HUNG UP on me!!!  I am so tired of getting the renewal crap in the mail and these phone calls. They are calling a phone line I just hooked up a month and a half ago as a second line.  

How do we stop this company from calling so much and how do I get to the office to lodge even more complaints about the rudness of the calls?

I have been harassed by thise party! There are a decent amount of complaints against these people, hopefully they will be taken care of swiftly!

Did a reverse lookup on this. Unlisted, unpublished, but comes back to provider: Global Crossing Telemangement, Location: Ann Arbor, MI.  Calls about my vehicle warranty is expiring soon.

Called but didnt leave a message, who are these people?

I answered my phone this morning and when I did, the caller just hung up on me. I have caller ID so I immediately called them back, and when I did they argued that they had not called my house. I have a private number and I do not know how they got my information. How do I get them to stop calling me?

i have written several times to tell ya, please beware of these calls, they will ask you to press the pound # DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING FOR THEM, THEY SOMEHOW USE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER TO CALL ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!!! NOT JUST THE U.S. !!!

I've been getting this quite recently and the last one I got was during work. They keep on calling me saying about my car warrenty but the only problem is that I DON'T even HAVE a warrenty on a car. It's my parents not me! Now I know I'm not the only one and it's a freaking lie once you put it all together.

These guys called me and when I asked for formal information through the mail or email the manager hung up on me ! !   Buyer beware of this fly by night scam company ! ! !

individual calls on my cell, wants to discuss my expiring warranty...did not mention my car dealership or manufacturer info...complete fraud- BE WARNED!

They Called My Business Stating that My Car Warranty was going to Expire and to Re-New for Extended Warranty. I thought to myself, OK you bastard, I'll Play.  So I asked the Guy what Vehicle it was in question, I have 742 of them in the Fleet at the moment.  He said " Uh ......... Mmm .....  All of them ?  I told him to Piss Up a Rope,  He hung up.  That upset me, I wanted to see how far the Guy would go with this Scam !

The person they are calling no longer has this cell phone number.  THey should write to the person to get an updated phone contact number.

Greetings all. I did a honey pot on this caller not too long ago after they auto dialed an entire block of 100 DIDs. The correct number to call to speak with the person running the bot is 954-776-3790. The name of the company making the calls is Trans America Warranty.

I get a lot of calls from them, usually from 734-864-9680, 678-253-0250, 615-349-9445, and/or 609-948-0971. Hope this helps.

the jerks called about 3 times a week at first, I asked them to stop calling and the guy called me a b--ch and hung up on me. Now they call several times a day, they refuse to let me speak to a manager, and are harassing me. I am taking them down! Who is with me??? I don't know how I am gonna do that, but I sapose that I will start by reporting them to bbb.
