Caller ID says "YPR". Rings twice a day.

We just moved and got a new phone number and now I am getting calls twice a day from this number and it is driving me nuts.  I gave up saying "hello" because no one was ever there when I did, so I just pick it up and hang up.  The caller ID says "YPR" and when I called the number back there is a recording saying "thank you for calling customer service, if you would like your number removed from our call list, please enter your phone number, area code first.  You will be required to confirm your number.  If you do not confirm your number, we will not be able to remove your number from our call list."  I just hang up.  I don't know what they are expecting in terms of "confirming" my number, but it sounds fishy to me.
