I called them back. I requested the name of the company and the address so I can send a formal letter to "Peter Baker". The girl on the phone became irate and stated she only had a fax number and the company was paperless. How much sense does that make? You are a paperless company but you fax. Hmmm.  I laughed and told her I knew she was a fraudulent company and if they continued to call I will call the police and report them. She became irate again and hung up. I have emailed and attorney to see what I can do about these people.

They are totally messing with our minds and messing with our lives by calling relatives and stating that we will be arrested, they need to be caught and stopped.

I had 2 calls yesterday from a girl and a guy calling from Pre-Trial mediation services and A & B Mediation, both same numbers, stating i failed to pay off an old payday loan from 2010 and that they were coming to arrest me and take me to jail, when i asked for them to send me something in writing, they said they did not have paperwork or dates, they wanted to speak with my attorney, they also called my mom and other relatives to state that I would be arrested

how scary!  i got a call just this morning from a guy telling to get my lawyer because of something.  I have no idea what this fool is talking about.

Received the same call saying that I was going to be arrested.

These people called and said I had felonies against me and had all my banking and personal info. Said I got money from a payday place and never payed it. These scammers need to go to prison for messing with peoples lives!!

I requested info they said they would call the payday loan company and have them send it to me. We'll see

I dont think its legit because i did a search on myself and i have no felonies. And i think with everyone they are calling its a scammer

I got the same call saying i have 3 felonies against me and i have never received any information from them either.

They just called me and send that they have a case pending against me and I need to call or my attorney before action is place against me.
