I'm from WI - it said "Service Dept" on caller id - no message - I do not anwer calls I don't recognize. these idiots are so stupid!!!
I turn ringers off on phones - people that know me will leave message & call-back # - the rest of the crap goes to delete!
I too am on DNC lists - it's run by the gov, they probably sell the numbers to tele-mkters !!!!! just a thought:)

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. Don't know who they are or how they got hold of my number, which i use only with family and a few friends.
The calls happen 3-4 times a week, usually in the evening, sometimes twice a day. I don't answer, and they leave no message, but it is still a nuisance.

I received call from this number after I had just hung up with someone calling from a 730-102 number claiming I have been chosen to receive a grant from the goverment..I didn't listen to the whole spill but as soon as I hung up this number 740-475-2660 called I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

The problem is the not the program. The Do Not Call program works when telephone solicitors follow the rules. It does not work when they don't follow the rules.

Received call from this number, no message left (they just hung-up). Do not know who this number belongs to nor do I have any affiliation with anyone or any agency located in the area of this number. Obviously, the Do Not Call list doesn't work (much like the rest of the Government) so now what options do we have?
